We think casual doesn’t have to be ordinary. Even with your everyday casual kind of restaurant, who says it can’t be special? Sure, it takes hard work and tough decisions, but the reward is so great, and a big part of the idea behind Blue Moon Pizza.

The Dough – Made fresh each day. Hand-rolled, hand-tossed, hand-stretched for each pizza. A real labor of love. Brushed with extra virgin olive oil, finished with a little salt and pepper on the crust. You’ll want to eat every last bite.

The Sauce – Made of rich red California plum tomatoes that go from vine to packaging within hours. Never cooked, just mixed, until it graces your Blue Moon pizza. We add our own Blue Moon blend of herbs and spices. Primo!

The Cheese – Wisconsin’s own Grande. The very best pizza cheese on the market and the only cheese we have ever used. Such a unique flavor: the creamy, buttery taste of the mozzarella and the zing from the provolone perfectly complements the flavors that surround it.

The Toppings – makes our pizza less than ordinary and as fresh as you can get. Our produce is delivered fresh daily, with vegetables hand-chopped, and meats cooked fresh daily. that why we give people an everyday place that still feels special.

The Visual – Last but not least, we wanted our pizza to look as great as it tastes. We think every little touch matters. The swirls of sauce on the BBQ Chicken pizza, the three colors of bell peppers instead of just green – really does make it taste better.
