Alan was the first person I spoke with. He was very knowledgeable &
helpful. Because I had a safety concern, he had someone come out the same day.
That was John, who quickly determined what was causing the problem & promptly took care of it. I could tell he really knew what he was doing & he took steps to verify that the issue was solved before leaving.
Prior to this, another electrician, Robert, had been out to take a look at the aging breaker box They had advised me it needed replacing. At a later date, Robert came back to do the work . It took most of the day. He worked steadily straight through. After installing the new panel, he made sure all the breakers were properly labeled & everything was in working order. He took time to explain the surge protector & mentioned something else he’d noticed that should be modified for safety reasons. He got everything thoroughly cleaned up before leaving.
Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant, knowledgeable, & professional. I could tell they take pride in their work. They didn’t push anything. They did give reasonable suggestions.
To sum up, I believe anyone will have a positive experience with this company & highly recommend them.

Used Big Frog for three projects over a two week period: recessed lighting, panel replacement, and hood vent install. Amazing service and fair pricing for each. Highly recommend! They are a small team, meaning you get the same folks every time. All knowledgeable and respectful of our house

Big frog electric was awesome. Showed up on the early side of their arrival window and got straight to work. Diagnosed and replaced a faulty dryer outlet, installed a new double outlet and replaced a vanity light in a bathroom. Very happy with their services.

Big Frog Electric is awesome. I had used them in two other houses to have them install outlets for electric car charging. When I moved the third time, they were nice enough to come once again and install another outlet and this time because I was a repeat customer they drove outside their normal boundaries to do this for me. If I lived closer to their office, I would use them exclusively. Way to go!!! Thanks a million!!!

I am so glad that I’ve called Big Frog Electric for the job. I needed to install additional outlets in various places, and activate Ethernet ports in the house, which was already placed but not activated. Their price was reasonable and honest. Most of all, they were professional. They did a great job, and cleaned the mess after the task was finished.
I will definitely call them for future electric job required in the house.

Outdoor electrical outlet in porch was hit with lightening which caused half of home loss of power. Electrician came, went thru every outlet & found burnt outlet. Job was completed to my highest satisfaction. Highly recommend.

We used Big Frog to install a new 220v line for our Level 2 charger. Alan and the crew did an amazing job. Looks super professional, like it was always been that way. We have not had a single issue with it since installation in January

My bathroom light went out and I called Big Frog that morning on the recommendation of a friend. They were able to work me in that day which I tremendously appreciated. I thought their pricing was fair and the young man who did the work was courteous, timely and answered all my questions. Would recommend and will use again!
