Truly GREAT!!! We had been trying to troubleshoot a problem for days. Finally gave in and called Bentley PC. (We chose them initially because of the reviews). Chris came out and had our problem solved fast. My only wish is that we had called them earlier. Note: this is our second experience with them as our company software crashed in Jan and Chris had us up and running somoothly then as well- AFTER we had spent hours, and a small fortune, on the big company geeks (you know who they are). Really REALLY satisfied.
