The only plumber in town that was willing to take care of our grease trap issue. They were responsive, nice, and professional. Highly recommend them, and will be using them going forward.

Yes I had a major leak in my bathroom . I called and Thomas came and took care of it for me. He put me at ease and gave me a quote before he started the job. I really did appreciate his kind service . I will never call any other plumber besides Ben Franklin ever again. Thanks !

Thomas was so awesome and helpful with our kitchen sink leak! He showed up within an hour of calling the company and fixed us right up. He was thorough, knowledgable, and very friendly. I can’t recommend him enough. We will be calling Benjamin Franklin for any plumbing needs we have in the future.

We had a consultation and the next morning we had 2 water heaters installed and our septic issue resolved. Joseph Moore was very thorough in explaining the install process, the warranty and the service agreement. All the work was completed in a very timely manner and we feel very secure with the work done and the relationship of Joseph Moore.

Had clogged sink in kitchen and I couldn’t unclog it so I called Ben Franklin. Had somebody out in less than 30 mins. Thomas W. showed up and I explained what the problem was.
He did some looking around and suggested that he run a sewer machine through the line to check for clogs. He did his thing and clog was gone in 15 mins. Thomas was professional and courteous and fast. I will definitely be using Ben Franklin for future problems.

So I was out of town with my daughter for almost an entire week only to return home to a completely flooded house. A pipe going to my water heater busted in my storage room and flooded at least 50% of my house! My neighbor recently had them do work on their plumbing and we jokingly laughed because I’ve never before had an issue!
Well they came out within an hour and had it repaired and warranted in such a short amount of time. They even brought special equipment to help clean up the aftermath. I was even quoted $400 more than what I was charged (that NEVER happens). Kudos to these guys on excellent work!
