Our company offers a complete line of plumbing and drain service, including emergency service 24/7 for both residential and commercial customers. It doesn’t matter on which side of the “river” you reside because Earl L. Babbitt, Inc. is licensed and bonded in both Georgia and South Carolina.

I joined the staff at Earl L. Babbitt, Inc. way back in 1976 when I was a young man and worked as an apprentice for Mr. Earl Jr. Fast forward about 39 years. Earl is now semi-retired and he is enjoying the good life: hunting, fishing and playing soft ball.

I run the day to day operations for Earl L. Babbitt, Inc. Of course, I have a little help getting things to run smoothly with Kyle Haakinson and Tyler Maxwell, experienced plumbers as well as my son Jordan Maxwell who was recently backflow certified in GA/SC and my office manager, Linda Lancaster.

I don’t want to give away anyone’s age but we probably have over 150 years combined plumbing experience. This means that whether you have old fixtures or newer fixtures, we have the knowledge to make necessary repairs.

If your plumbing is causing you some slight aggravation or has you completely stressed out because you have reached an emergency situation: One call, that’s all and Earl L. Babbitt, Inc. will come to your rescue providing reliable service at a competitive rate.

I had a stopped up toilet and tub on Saturday afternoon, I called Earl Babbitts number and spoke to Ronnie Maxwell and he sent out his son Jordan who arrived very quickly and diagnosed the problem as a sewer line being clogged.

He then dug the line up and cut a hole in the pipe to run his machine which unstopped the line. I was very impressed with the manners and respect I was treated with by this company and recommend them to everyone. A++++

They are prompt, courteous, clean, efficient and don’t leave a mess when they are done. Hope to be around for several more years and will continue using them.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN AUGUSTA!!! I had a great experience with Earl Babbit and I will recommend them to everyone. After discovering a sever leak about an hour before I was supposed to be leaving for work in the morning,

I knew my day was ruined. Earl Babbit to the rescue. The person that answered the phone was polite and professional and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. Within 10 minutes of hanging up the was a well groomed and professional dressed plumber at the house.

After quickly solving the leaky pipe problem the plumber explained all of my options and even gave me great DIY tips if it happens again. I am 100% satisfied with the customer service, quality of work, and professionalism and highly recommended them for any and all of your plumbing needs.
