Simply put, stop reading reviews and just go eat here already; it’s probably some of the best hearty, modern southern food you could get. The Brunch menu is filled with great food, like the Crab Benedict, or the Green Fried Tomato Benedict, and it’s dirt cheap. The dinner menu is just as good, and the staff there is always friendly, helpful, and attentive. It’s not the biggest place in Savannah, so you will want to go early, as I can imagine it getting crowded very quickly. Overall, though, the food is delicious, even if you might have to wait awhile sometimes.

Took a day trip from FL & picked B. Matthew’s after a little online research including scanning over menus….when I saw the Tur Duck en Burger I knew this was the place I had to try. My server Lydia was fantastic…food was amazing and prices very reasonable. Only problem is now I don’t really want to try other places in the historic district because the menu here is so eclectic!

Came here at the recommendation of a Savannah local, and she was right. Yummy food, friendly and fast service, and nice ambience. If I ever find myself in Savannah again, I’d return to this restaurant. Have the Shrimp and Grits and a side of Blueberry Pancakes!
