I enjoyed purchasing my 2020 Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 from here. Mark assisted me, he was very knowledgeable and his communication skills were 10/10. I live 3 hours away from the car dealership so I’m glad once I got there I just had to fill out my papers and hit the road back home in my new vehicle. Also, the other man that assisted me was someone from their financing office, he set me up GREAT with deals and made sure I was getting everything, he also made sure I got 3 years insurance. All personnel encountered were very helpful and patient. The salesman Mickey took his time to help find just the right vehicle for me. Ben the manager helped explain their policies, and sales manager Eugene worked very diligently to try to find the deal that would be acceptable. Overall, the experience was very satisfactory.

Marq was my sales rep and he was very professional and accommodating during the sale process. He answered all of my questions and for the ones he didn’t know, he looked up for me and got back to me asap. His colleague Ben who’s the finance manager, was very considerate in finding me the best terms.
