As soon as my husband and I walked in we were greeted and treated just like family. Ryan helped us with showing us a few options to choose from. He is very knowledgeable about the volkswagen products and answered any questions we had.

Salesperson Ryan Huntsman was exceptional. I was on the way to the Honda dealer and saw the Atlas on the VW lot. I had never considered purchasing a VW. However, Ryan was a very thorough and patient as he explained, as well as demonstrated, how the vehicle operated. After his “training session” I was sold!

I contacted this dealership on a Friday with interest in a specific vehicle and the team worked with me so diligently, I picked the car up on Sunday and the process was incredibly smooth and fast! We received great customer service and I felt confident that I made the right choice.

Richard and Josh were ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!! Richard went above and beyond to help me!!! Josh said he just started working there and I wouldn’t have known any different, he has a great personality and was very knowledgeable for just starting. I can’t thank both of them enough for helping me purchase my 2024 Atlas Crossover!!! I love it.

Nice store, glad to see they added a new feature since the last I was there … a full Keurig coffee and tea bar. Loved it. If I gotta wait on it, I like to wait in style and I have been spoiled by the entire VW process since I first purchased this 2015 Beetle. The Atlanta office also had a kids playroom, a snack counter, and a dark quiet movie theater with reclining chairs, but you know … one step at a time. (Smile) Always have a good word about Matthew, my AutoNation Concierge. He’s a pleasant person and friendly spirit to work with and is very knowledgeable about his job.

This was my first time using AutoNation Volkswagen Columbus. I was very impressed by the Customer Service. Matthew did an excellent job of keeping me informed. When I received a video of the technician checking my car I was pleasantly surprised of all the details he was explaining. Outstanding Service

Ryan was amazing, his love of VW cars was a nice touch. He helped me with my million questions and I bought my new car in the same day. The entire team was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. I will continue to go to the Columbus VW team for everything, they are awesome!

AutoNation was nothing short of professional. They got in me in for a service an oil change next day with appointment and were very accommodating during my wait. I mean who doesn’t like to sit down and watch the Olympics while waiting for their car?! I will be returning to Autonation in the future for any issues with my vehicle in the future.

Sim Thomas was hands down a perfect salesman. He took his time to assist my husband and I, when the colleague of his that I was scheduled to see, turned his nose up at us, because our bank matched TrueCar pricing. Little did he know, we were already approved and just needed to test drive to be sure that was the car I wanted. Sim was down to earth, polite, charismatic, a simply a pleasure to do business with.
My husband and I enjoyed the buying process with him. Although his office manager or general manager displayed less than pleasing behavior by belittling him in the office next to us, Sim handled it with grace and humbleness. It shows true character.
If it wasn’t for Sim, they would have lost our business that day by others display of lack of great customer service. With Sim, we didn’t feel just like a sale, we felt human and true concern from him. Thanks again Sim and God bless your productivity and finances!!

I had a great experience at Autonation Volkswagen. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. They repaired my Jetta and I’m back on the road. Great service department. Will most definitely be returning.

I came to AutoNation to ask if their service department had time to replace my headlight which my car reported was not functioning. I received immediate service and good news. The headlight’s connection was all that needed attention done at no charge. Delighted I made an appointment for the 95,000 mile service. I feel confident I have people who are competent and ethical.

I have just moved to the Columbus area about a month ago and one of my highest priorities was to locate a VW dealership for my 2012 Jetta. I found AutoNation in the nick of time. I had to have my low-beam headlight on the passenger’s side replaced and the air pressure in my tires checked.
I went into the dealership to make an appointment, but to my surprise, I was able to have my vehicle worked on almost immediately. I want to thank AutoNation VW for their excellent service and wanting to know about my experience. God bless the team!
