This place did a great job for me. I was waiting 8 weeks for Safelite to get my back window part (it is a specialized part). I switched the order to the Auto Glass now people and they got the part in less than a week and installed it the next day. Their communication was great while time too. I have absolutely no complaints about them and I recommend them.

Although they have a great price on windshield replacement I was very disappointed in the service. The windshield was filthy when they finally finished with it. I had to wait for it at the Martinez location because I didn’t have a ride. After 2 hours and 15 minutes I asked how much longer. I was told it take an hour and a half and they didn’t get it right in when I arrived for my appointment. Unfortunately I had to use the restroom while waiting. It would have been better if I had walked somewhere else, obviously not for clients. Very surprised at all of this because they had done work for me in their former location and had a much better experience. Buyer beware. Find a way to not have to wait there if at all possible.
