I was referred here last year because I was pregnant and it unfortunately ended in a miscarriage. The 3 appointments with Dr.Jordan and ALL exceeded 2hours. The receptionists that I dealt with all lacked customer service skills. There were signs littered about stating no guests, no food, drinks etc. I stopped scheduling f/u appointments (last year) because the last one exceeded 3+hours because Dr.Jordan was delivering. That would be understandable but No one bothered to let me know while I was waiting. I found out when he finally arrived. Anyway, I got referred here again for PCOS and an ultrasound of my ovaries. I debated on switching the referral to another Dr but against my better judgement scheduled anyway because I liked Dr.Jordan. I believe he is a good doctor. I found him to be competent, chatty, very loud(not in a bad way), compassionate, funny, and caring. Appointment 3/1/2024@2:15(I was on time) Receptionist checked me in, he wasn’t rude just not friendly but maybe because he was busy. Waited in the lobby til 3pm when I was pulled back for vitals by a very pleasant, pretty brownskinned young lady. I regret I don’t remember her name. She was apologetic about the wait time and I joked with her that at least I know Dr.Jordan was there and not delivering because I could hear his loud mouth in the hallway. Went back to the lobby and was seated near a young lady who returned from an ultrasound she walked over to show her Mom(I assume it was her mom) the ultrasound pics then she went to a receptionist (there are several upfront) thinking she could check out and the receptionist told her, rather rudely that she ’can’t just leave because the Dr had to go over the ultrasound and she needed to wait until she’s called back again’. The soft spoken young lady just said ok. She sat down and told her Mom that she had to wait and the mom said ‘I heard. Why was she so rude?’ and the young lady just shrugged and said idk. Anyway, times ticking and I have to get my son at 4:30 his schools not far but I’m getting anxious. I was finally called back at 4:05. It was a preliminary appointment before an ultrasound could be scheduled so I didn’t think it would take long. As the lady is taking me to an exam room I ask does she think it’ll be another long wait because I have to get my son. She checked the door of the exam room Dr Jordan was in and said he was with a new patient so unfortunately it might be a wait. I was PISSED…and it showed. I told her I was not mad AT HER and I appreciated her being honest with me and I turned around and walked out. I waited almost 2hours for NOTHING. I don’t understand WHYYYYY they book so many people if they can’t be seen in a timely manner. If you know you have a talkative Dr in your practice don’t book his appointments so close together!!! If you know you have patients that have been sitting in the lobby or exam rooms say something to them! Apologize for the wait let them know it might be awhile. If a Dr is delivering a baby and the patients appointment isn’t urgent then give them the option of rescheduling! I’ve worked in a obgyn office and I know it’s hectic. Communication works wonders!! I like Dr.Jordan and his boca grande but He’s stretched too thin and the front end staff aren’t pleasant to deal with so for those reasons-I’m out. There are enough clues to figure out who I am (A.T.R) SO to the staff-save your paper, envelope and stamp no need to mail me a breakup/patient discharge letter like you have done other reviewers. I won’t be returning anyway. Ladies, you have been warned!

Absolutely LOVE DR. JORDAN! I’ve been going here for years and I’ve used him with my last and current pregnancy as well, Never have I been treated rudely or unfairly, nor have I witnessed any of that unfair treatment from any of the staff !!! I recommend this practice to anyone!

DR. Knodle has handled 3 pregnancies for me over 8+ yrs and her and her staff have always been amazing. Always open and honest. Would never think about going any place else for my ob/gyn needs. Thank you guys for amazing work!

Gresham has selective listening skills and tries to influence his PAs to also not listen to the patients about symptoms that are being experienced… horrible situation!

Have been patient of Dr. Bongu for 11 years. She is by far the best OBGYN physician ever had.
All the providers in practice are very caring and compassionate. Friendly staff. Have always highly recommended to family and friends.

Dr. Chudgar is AMAZING Physician with the best bed side manner in the CSRA. He is very caring for his patients.
The office staff is very kind even when they are busy they always keep a smile on their faces. Its an absolute joy to come to my office visits!!!

Augusta OB/GYN Specialists is a very friendly,warm and professional office. I see Dr. Rafael Jordan and he makes you feel like you are his only patient. He takes the time to listen to you and answer all your questions.
His nurse Tara is a very sweet and caring person. She listens to you and helps make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this office especially Dr. Jordan

Very professional and friendly. I have been a patient of Dr. Gresham and Erin for 15 plus years. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I recommend them to everyone. I have only positive experiences with the providers and the staff.
