Been scheduled appointment. They are now three times. And every time I’ve shown up I’ve been told I don’t have an appointment. Two of the appointments I actually confirmed on my phone. One was a 30 day follow up after my injections in Thompson, and that day he was in Thompson doing surgery so they rescheduled me again for today at 11:40 and I have it on my phone calendar and my regular calendar in my kitchen and they said the appointment was at 10:40. The very first appointment was scheduled with them. They said I wasn’t scheduled because that was when they had a changeover with Todd Cable . Really this is really ridiculous. I love Dr Handling. He is excellent. Very professional, very courteous, and I’ve only seen him twice before the surgery and the day of the surgery in Thompson. However, there seems to be a problem with the schedulers. They are very unorganized, and it seems like somebody needs to take them back to training, because I can understand one time with Todd Cable being a mistake and that was a changeover, but then to schedule me twice, and waste my time, inconvenience me, is expensive as gas is and I live on the opposite side of town. Very unprofessional! However, when you’re reading this review, I showed up at every appointment. I do not want my doctor to think that I have overlooked and I’m not calling and I’m just not showing up at his appointments. This is the schedulers fault not mine.!!! It’s almost like three strikes and you’re out. Now as far as medicine or anything I don’t use or take anything. If I need Dr. Handling I will call him again, But somebody needs to let somebody know they need to get the schedulers on track. I’m sure I’m not the only one this is happened too! Very aggravated.! And the fact, when you go in there, they can’t even say sorry it was their fault they act like they don’t even care they could ! That really puts the icing on the cake Sure wish I could add my pictures of the hard calendars and my phone calanders; the appointments scheduled!!!

Dr Oetting has done a fantastic job on the back surgery I have had this year and 12 years ago. I highly recommend him

Had an appt per my Dr request for almost 2 months. Get a call 2 days from appt to cancel on me. I cant prove it but i am sure its cause he wants to start thanksgiving holiday early. Can’t reschedule me for another month. Won’t see me with morning appt times open cause I am new patient. So it’s ok to inconvenience me and they don’t believe in making things right. Piss poor customer service.
my own Dr. Outsourced my CT scan cause they can’t do it there right. That should have told me something.

Dr.Oetting is a great Dr. Straight to the point and doesn’t sugar coat anything. An in my opinion a great surgeon. ACDF surgery done in no time an fast recovery I would highly recommend.

Doc SHAVER was / is my doc she an her staff actually cared about me. This is very rare indeed in the medical field. That’s what I wanted a doc that actually cares about their patients an not a slab of meat on the table.

I would trust her easily with my life. She did a thorough job not leaving anything to chance or question. I loved the caring professional atmosphere that her office presents.
