My experience with Israel Garcia and Ismelda Hernandez was very pleasant. I contacted Atlanta Green Maids to clean my apartment unit before I moved out. Their response time to my inquiries and customer service questions were prompt and professional from the time we coordinated the logistics up to the day of the project.

Within three hours, the two-person team cleaned my entire two (2) bedroom, 1200 square feet, apartment.
The services I received included:
(1) a walk through to see the unit; and
(2) a final walk through to review the unit after cleaning was complete.

They used their own cleaning equipment, relieving me of the hassle of purchasing my own. Notably, they took a large amount of old clothes to the trash shoot that I sought to discard. They weren’t required to do this but they were more than willing to go above and beyond. This is a small-size company that punches above its weight; I would recommend Atlanta Green Maids for any of your cleaning needs.

Brittany and Dakotta with Atlanta Green Maids were the best! They were very sweet and amazing at their jobs. They were quick and thorough. I work from home so I was worried about being in their way but they were very professional and worked together with me being on calls. I would gladly welcome them back.

We just had Atlanta Green Maids out to our house for the first time and we could not be more pleased! The crew showed up on time, listened carefully to our direction and did a fantastic job, in record time! These ladies were polite, professional, friendly and worked flawlessly as a team. We’ve used Atlanta Green Maids twice and have been very satisfied! Affordable rates and professional cleaners. There was one minor instance where an area wasn’t cleaned as fully as we would’ve liked but Atlanta Green Maids immediately made it right by sending someone to clean that area again (and some extra) for free. They also send text and eta reminders which is great. We look forward to continue to use their services!

Kam came to my house to clean today and did an amazing job. The house was a mess, and she made it sparkle. My daughter’s room had previously looked like a cyclone had hit it, and Kam worked her magic on it, and now it is extremely clean and tidy. Not only did she clean, but she straightened everything up, and made it look way more organized compared to the chaotic mess she found it in. Thank you so much for sending Kam to my house today.

I am very pleased with the excellent service I was given on today. They were so kind, careful, attentive, detailed, and efficient. My home is just the way I want it. I love their eye for cleanliness, and I am appreciative of the way that they cleaned my home. This helps to improve my life in so many ways…as having a clean home is so important to me. I just had a fabulous visit from Team 10 and are so impressed. They were efficient, quick, friendly and left my place sparkling. I hired Atlanta Green Maids to do an apartment move out cleaning. They arrived on time, cleaned the apartment thoroughly (it looked amazing-better than when I first moved in), and were super friendly. I had Team 9 and they were all wonderful.

Just used this service for the first time. They were punctual (a little early in fact), friendly, and did a thorough job. They even finished a bit earlier than planned so did a few “extras”. This was a one time job (deep cleaning). Not sure if we are ready to do regular service yet, but if we do take the plunge this will be the group we use.

This is the sixth time I’ve used Atlanta Green Maids, and the service has been great every time, including today. From scheduling to completion, I’ve been pleased with the company.

Being able to schedule online is very convenient. Also, they make sure to give advance notice when the cleaner is on the way.

Before starting, the cleaners themselves make sure to understand the service being requested. During the service they verify that you’re happy with the service being provided, and they verify once again when the service is complete.

I plan to continue using Atlanta Green Maids in the future.
