I very rarely write reviews…however I wanted to express how great the service I received when taking my vehicle to get checked. I had it at another shop to get serviced and afterwards was advised to get the transmission looked at as they didn’t offer that particular service. I stopped by ATC on my way home from that shop. Terry was the advisor that worked with me, and he was extremely patient and answered all of my questions. Even though their customer service is EXCELLENT; one offering they provide was the thing that sealed it for me as them being the first ones I will call for any extensive work on my vehicle…and that was their inspection service. I never taken my car to a shop/mechanic that provided pictures of surface level issues or concerns that go with their inspection report until I dealt with ATC. As a customer, to see pictures of the issues they visibly see during the inspection, that could be or has been suggested as an issue, gave me assurances of the issues they reported on. If it wasn’t for this, I wouldn’t have known that the other shop I had the car to prior, placed two different manufacturers rear axles on my car or possible future oil leak where you could see a seeping of fluid. It gave me a sense of comfort and most importantly PROOF of a possible issue. We go to shops/mechanics, and they give us the diagnostic report, but you can only go by with what they tell you without any evidence stating otherwise. Then, you have to trust that they aren’t trying to over sensationalize issues in order to get more money, especially f you’re not very knowledgeable mechanically. Not saying they provide pictures for everything, but for my issue, the pictures they provided gave me a sense and comfort that I can TRUST them because I can see it for myself!

We had a great experience with ATC in Augusta. I noticed on Sunday that the a/c in our van wasn’t working. I called ATC on Monday. They scheduled a diagnostic for Tuesday morning, and our van was fixed by Tuesday afternoon.

Our service advisor (Meredith) communicated clearly and guided us through the process. Our technician (Tim) carried out a thorough inspection on the vehicle and fixed the a/c problem quickly and competently.

We recommend ATC heartily.
