As soon as I entered the Ashley store I was greeted by Stillman. He offered kind assistance in helping me find the sofa for my living room. His friendly demeanor and expertise made the experience enjoyable. I’m looking forward to seeing the sofa in my living room.

Just moved and was in need of a new couch and mattress. I worked with Stillman and he helped me find a reasonably ideal mattress and couch. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. If in need of new furniture @ Ashely , I would definitely recommend.

Amazing experience here! I walked in with a few ideas of what I wanted and Chrissy immediately knew exactly what I would like and was looking for, AND how to fit my budget! She never pushed me to buy something if I was unsure of it, which I really appreciated. But if I had any questions or needed something to match a specific piece of furniture, she always knew exactly what the space needed! Eric at the Ashley HomeStore in Lindbergh was amazing to work with! We came in interested in a patio set, he promptly walked us back to the area, gave us space to discuss on our own, and come to a decision. After letting him know about a deal offered through our personal credit card, he was able to match the deal in-store. We had a wonderful experience and this will definitely make us think twice about ordering again in person vs. online. Thank you, Eric!!

Craig was great! He greeted me right when I walked in and asked me questions to find what I was looking for and listened. He didn’t just go straight to the most expensive item but found something that fit what I was looking for. He also arranged for it to be delivered right to my door which is great since I have a car and live on the second floor. Stillman Williams made my experience wonderful at Ashley furniture even though he is a UNC fan, I still enjoyed his customer service. It felt like I was purchasing my couch with my friend that just so happened to work there.

Malik took his time with me and was a TREMENDOUS help! He was extremely knowledgeable about the products, services, and financing options. He explained everything in a way that was easily understandable. He didn’t force any purchases and treated me more like family than a customer. I absolutely enjoyed the experience and I know for sure he would do the same for you!

My experience was awesome. My salesman, Stillman, was attentive and energetic. He appeared to care about me as a customer and make the experience easy. I had visited other furniture stores before coming to this location and did not feel the same energy. I will be back!

I’ve shopped here before and have been very pleased with the furniture and service. Today I bought a bed and the sales associate Ron saved me a lot of $. He looked the bed I bought up online abs saved me almost half priced. I was beyond impressed and satisfied that was great customer service.

My husband and I recently went to look at headboards for our new apartment and honestly with previous experience walked in a little discouraged because we’ve never shopped at a large furniture store before. With that being said we were afraid of the total cost. We originally thought we could only afford a mattress from a cheap warehouse and a metal frame/platform. To our surprise we walk in and receive AMAZING HELP/CUSTOMER SERVICE from Derrick! From the start he got all the answers he needed and showed us our options and got to work! Still hesitant about the prices we saw he told us he got us and HE SURE DID! We spent not a penny over budget was able to receive an amazing headboard with light fixtures even a mattress and box springs KING SIZE! DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLE! We can’t thank him enough and we’re very happy with our outcome. If you happen to go to Ashley’s make sure to ask for Derrick!
