Easy to schedule, always on time and easy pay online billing. Service providers have always been prompt, knowledgeable and really personable. Jake has been an incredible help and deserves a special shout out and raise for being an A+ technician. Keeps my home and family safe.

Arrow Exterminators sends professionals who have been vetted into your home. You can feel safe when they come to treat your private space, and so can your family and pets. That goes farther, in my opinion, than just meeting pest control needs.

From my initial phone conversation with Arrow to the post visit follow up we have been so pleased with our decision to select Arrow as our pest control company. The receptionist who took my call was courteous and professional. The technicians who came to my home were punctual and efficient. Curtis is so knowledgeable about his profession and gave us confidence. He was also so friendly and extremely polite, two characteristics uncommon in today’s world. It was a very pleasant surprise to have termite and wild life experts accompany Curtis on our initial inspection so that we could have their expert opinions on our home and the services available to us. Even the follow up communications have been polite but not intrusive. I highly recommend Arrow, only sorry I did not contact them earlier.

They are always rapidly responsive when I report an issue and they send timely reminders for routine service. All of the technicians I’ve worked with have been extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional.

Keith was super helpful in directly locating and addressing the issue. Ants were coming through my bathroom drainage and I’ve had ongoing issues with resolving this with another contractor who was simply spraying around the area. He was able to pin point the source of the infestation and provide solution on how to resolve it. I received more professional insight in our first session than I had previously received dealing with another service provider. Keith made readily apparent a higher lever of training and skill set fit to actually remedy a fairly straight forward issue. Also my dog was a huge fan as well.
