Didn’t hire them so I can’t speak for their work however…rep came out to assess and quote my issue. Wasn’t at my house more than 5 mins before immediately suggesting piers ($15k). Without any hesitation the rep said that’s what we needed. As it turns out, piers were the last thing we needed or not at all actually. His suggestion would’ve damaged the home further plus cost us $15k for the work. I’m going to presume the reps are pushed to sell as opposed to actually finding a solution for the problem. This tells me they’re not in the best interest of the homeowner or their customer. I recommend looking elsewhere for foundation and waterproofing.

I highly recommend AquaGuard if you have foundation issues. One end of my house had been sinking, but that is no longer a worry. Today Vincent, Irvin and DJ finished a fantastic two day job installing six jacks under the foundation. They worked diligently, efficiently, professionally, and carefully to install the jacks from inside my basement, and thoroughly cleaned up the worksite. They answered all my questions and kept me informed about what they were doing.
I am so happy with all they accomplished!

My Inspector, Cole, was very thorough and honest. He was professional and courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He addressed all of my concerns with solutions that far exceeded my expectations. Titus and the work crew arrived on time and completed the project on schedule. They were very conscientious and showed a lot of initiative in completing the job with perfection. I highly recommend Aquaguard.

Isiah,PJ,Stephon did a job for us. They were very professional, going over everything they were doing and why. With the weather conditions we had that day (hard rain at times) did a great job.

AquaGuard installed a water management system in my crawl space and encapsulated it. Jesse and his team did a great job. Jim Davis, my waterproofing specialist, made the experience as smooth as possible and treated me with the utmost care – I would definitely recommend him and AquaGuard to others.

Immanuel and Trey (trevonne) did a fantastic job on our foundation in just 2 short days! They installed dug out and installed a dozen jacks under our house at lightspeed. They were professional, easy to work with, courteous, and fun to talk to honestly. These guys know their stuff. What a great team!

Last year I used Aquaguard to encapsulate my crawl space and they did a great job. Niko handled my annual inspection today and did an excellent job. He called ahead to make sure I was home and was running a head of schedule (that never happens!!). He was knowledgeable, courteous, and very personable. You have excellent representation of your company in Niko!!

DaQuan, Chris, and Daniel H did a great job repairing our foundation. Got our house lifted by 6-8 inches, and no longer settling. They filled in the cracks, and they got our front stoop to raise back up into position. They have a separate crew coming to replace our old broken driveway. Thanks guy and Aquaguard!
