My experience with this company and their employees was really positive. I have unfortunately made a bad hire or two over the years with contractors of various sorts and then some good ones. A previous different crawl space company hire was likely one of my worst (I will refrain from naming), but American Crawlspace Solutions could be one of my best and I wish that I had called them to begin with.
My sales rep. Michael was great from the start and spent a great deal of time on the phone and in person in our home explaining information in depth. Once a plan was determined, he provided reasonable pricing and got us on the schedule quickly. His crew had to make two different trips to complete the job and they were on time and very courteous and professional and left their work area likely better than they found it. The crew leaders were Zach and Jeffery and assisted by Jordan and Mike. I would certainly recommend these guys and would use them again in the future. Working with good down to earth trustworthy people and companies who stand behind their work and word makes all of the difference.

The work was spot on and has changed the inside air environment of my home, if you have a crawlspace this is a MUST HAVE !! Another company tried to sell me options I didn’t want or need, ACS was honest and easy to deal with.

Don’t post many reviews but felt obligated to do so in this case. Communications and responsiveness from Michael was excellent along with the quality of work done by the installers. Both installers were polite, conscientious and professional. Enjoyed the entire experience.

American Crawlspace Solutions has now done numerous jobs for my property management company. They have been my most trustworthy vendor in this space, and that is highly important when dealing with vendors in this trade. I highly recommend them so much that I would use them on my personal property as well.

We had a crack which suddenly developed in our basement wall which cause a good amount of water to seep into the basement due to heavy rains and hydrostatic pressure. Michael from ACS assessed the issue and was on-site the next day (Christmas week). He was professional, on-time, confident and skilled. He explained what he would be doing, the costs to do it and resolved the issue in a timely manner.

American Crawlspace Solutions did an excellent job with removing the mold in my crawlspace and with the encapsulation. They were on time and professional. The work they completed looks outstanding. I highly recommend them if you need any work done in your crawlspace.

The did full crawlspace encapsulation, including french drains, sump pump, dehumidfier, sublayer material and 20 mm vapor barrier. Ran sump pump discharge to drain system and condensation pipe to sump. Nice job, friendly and helpful sales staff and work crew. Did what they said they would do. Half the price of the rip off artists.

American Crawlspace Solutions did an exceptional job renovating our Crawl Space and enhancing our existing dehumidifier. John Harman and Ethan Hardin are both professionals and are a pleasure to deal with. The only surprise was how neat and clean they handled a messy job.
