I contacted ACS and John, an owner, coming out. He gave options and prices and I choose the underlayment. When a time was established, I was informed . His team of three came out on assigned date, on time, and exhibited unusual professionalism . The work was completed without any gripes by the workers, who informed me when they completed the work. John came out the following day to review the completed work. I don’t think any other company could surpass their work and I would definitely hire them again

Can’t say enough good things about ACS! They did a great job encapsulating my crawl space and installing a dehumidifier. Very professional, reasonably priced and HONEST! I thought I had mold in my crawlspace so I was planning to do mold remediation, after Jeremy (one of the owners) came out – he advised it would not be necessary. Throughout the process John (the other owner) was amazing, he took the time answer all of my questions – believe me there were many. He was very patient and kind. I wanted to have the work performed immediately but they couldn’t get me on the books until early January. Something came up and another customer had to reschedule so John called to ask if I would like the slot since he knew how badly I wanted to have the work performed. When the install crew showed up, they were very professional and did a great job! I am very pleased!

The work was done in a very professional manner. There was good communication through out the project when necessary. John provided what I thought was a fair price for the services. I had a sump pump installed, support of joist and encapsulation. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone needing this type of work.

We had a great experience with American Crawlspace Solutions. Jeremy was very helpful in providing multiple options to deal with our crawlspace issues. We never felt like he was trying to sell us something we didn’t need or push services on us. He was open and honest about potential solutions and did his best to educate us on the options. The work was done quickly and efficiently with no issues. Overall, we are very happy with both the customer service and the work done, and we highly recommend American Crawlspace Solutions.

American Crawlspace Solutions is top notch! I’ve known John for a few years now and have recently had him over at my own home to help with leaking that was coming in through the basement walls during rain. Jeremy came out today to address our crawl space issues. After receiving a quote from another company and being sticker shock, I was very pleased with the professionalism displayed by Jeremy. Not only was he straight and honest not once did he attempt to sell me more than what I need to solve my problem. I even tried to get him to recommend a larger dehumidifier and said that the smaller less expensive unit was more than efficient for what I was dealing with. Jeremy’s price was 30% than a large company I contacted who sent out a less knowledgeable sales rep who tried to upsell. We are on the schedule now and look forward to having our work completed. In my industry I come in contact with people on a daily basis who could use this service and I will recommend Jeremy and ACS.

John came out recently to give us a quote on repairing a foundation issue. He asked good questions, looked in the right places and ultimately determined the previous homeowner took action to keep the problem from getting worse and nothing more was needed besides repairing a cosmetic crack which I can do myself. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need and gave me the peace of mind I was looking for. Will call these folks again for future work and highly recommend them.

John and his team did an excellent job encapsulating my dank and dirty crawlspace. Their price was fair and they showed up and completed the work as scheduled. The process was painless (for me, anyway) and efficient.

A foundation repair company other than American Crawlspace performed work on my foundation a year ago and I have experienced issues with doors sticking since the work was completed. The company that performed the repairs would not honor their work or return to address the issue. I called American Crawlspace and they came out immediately to inspect the situation. Jeremy spent an hour at my house surveying and measuring walls and doors (at no charge) with technical equipment the original company never used before completing their repairs. Instead of taking advantage of the situation, Jeremy offered me a simple solution to address the problem on my own. I hope I never have foundation problems in the future, but American Crawlspace will be the first company I call if I do.

Basement encapsulation with dehumidifier
The job went very well and basement\crawlspace encapsulation was completed within the day. The dehumidifier was installed the following week as it was out of stock. The basement\crawlspace is cleaner and drier than it has ever been. We chose the 20 mil thick covering for added protection. One of the best crews we have had to perform services at our home. The crew was punctual, professional and hard working. I would strongly recommend American Crawlspace Solutions for any basement or crawlspace issues you may have.
