Oz is really terrific. He is well spoken, competent and knows his trade well. He had the springs and a pulley replaced within about 40 minutes and managed to give me a number of pointers on how to do some maintenance on the doors. I hope All Four Seasons Garage Doors realizes he is not only a great customer service person but also a fervent ambassador for the company. I was extremely pleased with Oz’s service.

I appreciated how easy it was to schedule an appointment. They were able to get someone out the next day. Michael Solomon was the technical who came. He is a delightful person. There was not a lot wrong with my garage door however some people might have taken advantage of an elderly person. I was pleased with Michael’s work, attitude and personality. All 4 Seasons Garages was called on short notice to assist with an immediate replacement repair of my garage spring. Michael Solomon, Service Tech, was very customer friendly, professional, and knowledgeable of the necessary repairs. Prior to Mr. Solomon’s arrival, several texts between the company and I were exchanged to assure me of my service date, arrival time, and mini bio on the Service Rep. Upon Mr. Solomon arrival, I felt as through we had been friends for years! Mr. Solomon is a good Christian man who’s work was exceptional. He provided an repair estimate, recommendations, and completed the work with proficiency in a short amount of time.
