Promptly assisted with compassion. This was a really scary event when you realize just how fragile we are as human beings and how quickly the labor left in you can disappear when Corporate America just replaces you. Shunarah and Associates clearly have their hearts in the right place. Altruism it’s a good word to describe their efforts.

These guys are awful. Spent an hour and a half with them on an intake and was promised awattorney would call me for a consultation the next day. Received a text message the next day saying that they would not take my case with no other information. I called them back to find out what the issue was so that I could understand if there was some kind of a hole in my case that I could either answer for another attorney, or review with them, and they refused to allow me to talk to anyone. It was a huge waste of time, and the most inconsiderate and unprofessional attorneys office I’ve ever spoken to.

RUN AWAY from these scammers!!!
I signed with these guys as my attorney, but I was very skeptical due to all of the reviews, and they assured me that they would help me and to ignore the reviews because it was just some bad apples that were mad at them, so I trusted them and read the reviews on their website (which they clearly control the website reviews)
I had signed with him on a Friday after they assured me that they would help me and I found out Monday morning from insurance company for the place I’m suing, advise me that they found out from this attorney that they are not representing me!!!
So basically, basically this attorney decided to cancel the contract that they just signed over the weekend by Monday morning, and they didn’t even tell me! They told the place I’m suing, which told me!!
How embarrassing is it that person you are suing to tell you that you don’t even have a lawyer because you’re own lawyer told them that info.
SCAMMERS. DO NOT TRUST THEM

Drew McNutt has been my attorney through this whole process and I couldn’t have asked for a more down to earth, understanding guy. Attorney Mr. McDonald and his team have been a big help. They made the process very easy and low stress. These things usually take some time but with aj and his team it didn’t take long like everyonw was saying it would. I’ve never been through this process so being able to have a team help me the way they did and as patient as they did really help. Ms Azeen was very sweet and helpful. I really recommend this firm. I slipped and fell a week ago at an Emergency Room and fractured my tailbone. The floor was wet but there was no sign posted saying it was wet.
I called and talked to Rachelle Williams to see if I had a case. She was very friendly and took all my information and told me she would have to forward my information for review. The next day she called for more information that they were proceeding with my case. The day after that I was appointed a lawyer, Shaun Capps. That was fast service and I really appreciate how fast they got things done. As of now Shaun is working on my case and I have confidence in him that he will get me a nice settlement. I had a different lawyer with a different firm before I changed to Alexander Shunnarah and they had me with a broken ankle for about 3-4 months, but when I changed over to Alexander, I instantly started getting the right doctors visits and progression within my case, they were happy to take over. From the moment I dialed their number, they have been On It!!! If you’re looking for someone to move like they have a purpose, it’s this law firm. They immediately started working on my case and gathered all pertinent information so I didn’t have to do any leg work. After an accident, the last thing u need is to feel like you care more about what’s going on, and Alexander Shunnarah’s law firm did not make me feel that way. I’ve used his office before and I’ve always had excellent service. They communicated with me the entire time, I was getting really frustrated because of how slow the insurance was moving but they helped me with everything. I would highly recommend this firm

In August 2016, I had the right of way when I was hit by a car and taken to the Hospital with neck, back and leg injuries. My Car was a complete loss. The Insurance Company Denied any liability and refused to pay anything. I immediately contacted ASA and they assigned Attorney Tom Ross, who was already working on some of their biggest cases. Tom wrote the Insurance Adjuster, attached Pictures and Diagrams and provided a Video which Tom obtained that demonstrated that the other car was traveling in the wrong direction when she crashed into me. Tom got the Insurance company to reverse its determination, but their offer was below my medical expenses. In response Tom filed a Complaint, informing the Insurer that he would win at Trial and get three times what my medical expenses were. Upon receiving the Complaint the Insurer called and Tom convinced the adjuster to increase their offer to one which I was comfortable with, (including compensating me for the true value of my vehicle, all my medical expenses and pain and suffering). Tom is very professional, and fought hard for my best interests. I highly recommend his services!
