We have recently moved and the previous owner had AMSA as their service provider. Unfortunately, we have been locked into a contract with ADT and they came out and gave us a quote that was beyond something we would comprehend as reasonable- almost a small car could be bought for that pricing.
Kevin O’Neal came out and took a once over on the property, we walked through the home and inspected the mainframe, the connections, and he made some recommendations for us. He even went beyond what he was going to do to help me understand the nuances of the home itself.
That being said, the break fee for ADT made our discussion and proposal untenable for now. I will be looking into working with Kevin and AMSA in the future…you can believe that. If you need support, ask for Kevin, he has been in the industry for years, and understands what is needed to help you achieve your security goals.

Kevin O’neal with AMSA is a genuine professional who cares about his clients and the service that he assists in providing for you. I have their monitoring system at my home, at my business and I recommend this company over and over and over again because the customer service is unparalled, the equipment is user friendly and responsive and the monthly price is fair and competitive. #saferwithkevin

I have been with this company since 2/2017 & I love it. My sales rep Tim is the best. I can see & set my alarm if I’m away from my home, I have a reminder to let me know if I didn’t set my alarm by a specific time, and I can talk to delivery when a package arrives. The app is super easy to use as well

The technician was very polite and informative of every step in the process. I needed to get some electrical work done while he was installing and he stuck around and made sure I had every service that I was paying for.

ASMA did a great job with installing my new security system for my hair salon. The technician was courteous and very professional in his work. He set up the system and made sure I was aware of how to operate each function before leaving the establishment. I know I will be satisfied with the service and recommend ASMA to anyone looking for a state of the art system and great customer service. In closing, my sale representative Tenesha was very detailed with helping me choose the right plan for my business needs. She gave me great attention and it is truly one of the reasons I decided to partner with her company!

I really received the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ATLANTA from Andrew Vargus. He was super UNDERSTANDING and accommodating to me and my families need. He worked a very good package deal and got me all the perks other companies couldn’t give me. He is very professional and prompt. Loved working with Andrew Vargas. He made everything very transparent when figuring out price for different options. We love the security system, when we accidentally set off the alarm AMSA contacts is immediately asking if everything is ok. 5 stars all day

My dad is in his nineties but still lives independently. He has had a monitored security system for many years but our family was looking for a better way to check in when we could not stop by.
Often his phone would be off hook which meant that we could not call and his medical panic would not send an alarm. We decided to add cellular and indoor cameras with the Alarm.com app I was already using for my home security system.
I worked with Angela Strickland to determine the best upgrade and pricing for him. If you have a system and need an upgrade or a change in service you can’t go wrong with Angela! Then the Operations team made sure that the install went well. Before they finished I had my dad’s system added to my app so that I can peek in to check that he is okay. And so can the other family members with Alarm.com from their home computers or smartphones.
