Chris and his team salvaged and refinished 60+ year old original hardwoods in our kitchen that had been neglected and covered with layers of linoleum and glue. Chris Sell is the ONLY person I’ve ever called for three different jobs. There is no need to compare or price check against the competition. One of my jobs was a “re-work” of what another local flooring company did. The other company did a horrible job with my floors. Thankfully, once Chris was done, the floors were immaculate and there was no sign of any of the other company’s bad work. Chris is extremely professional and fair.
He is able to provide a boatload of references that will all attest to his abilities. He is the most professional and capable contractor I worked with through several projects.

He sticks to his schedule and cleans up after himself which is rare for most contractors to do. He is extremely knowledgeable about his business. He even attends trade shows and conventions and stays educated with the latest news about this business.
I know this because he told me that he would be out of town for a show, and he still managed to get my job done ON TIME! If you care about your floors, you will call Advanced Flooring. It’s the only call you need to make–trust me. I highly recommend you call Chris and get him to come out and look at your job. At least give him the opportunity to look at what you have. Found Advanced Flooring Of Savannah online. Called them up and gave them the job to restored my 100 year old floors in my home on Victory Drive. He did a great job and he made it seem so easy with his state of the art equipment. Will use Chris for all my flooring work from here on out… Thanks Guys!!!

They were very professional and did an extraordinary job, I was able to walk into the showroom and choose between several different hardwoods and tiles .
