Al was over in 30 minutes and, after another 15 minutes, had the door unlocked and the trunk popped open even after the alarm system had tripped in secure lockdown mode. He is professional, knowledgeable and licensed by the Gwinnett Co. Police Dept, so we women felt 100% safe that we were in the best hands. My absolutely favorite locksmith experience ever. I will definitely use him again and am confident in referring him to my friends and family. Thank you, Al!

I mailed my ignition switch to Al with the key. Four days later the brake line on our other car ruptured! Through various phone calls with Al I explained our situation, plus he gave me some additional tips on improving the operation of the parts in the steering column that the switch turns. With his kind and competent help he rebuilt the switch, made a new “chipped” key, and even assisted in getting the shipment back to me the next day, the switch was like new, the Jeep started right up. Plus, he followed up to be sure I had received the shipment the next day. Now if I could only find someone as wonderful as Al that did brake lines.

I got in touch with AL and he said that he would get right to me. After fighting holiday rush hour traffic to get to me, Al arrived. Within 5 minutes, AL had me unlocked and ready to go!!! But it gets even better! Al was able to make me an extra key for my Hummer right there and was also able to program my vehicle’s remote opener on the spot. Al was more than happy to help out and had all the tools and materials required to accomplish everything! The best part, Al was very professional, knowledgeable, and never once tried to rush through everything I had requested. On a scale of 1 – 10, I’d give ACM a 15! Thanks Al!!!
