The wait was entirely too long. Arrived at 9:20. Waited over an hour to be called to examining room. Waited in examining room over 30 minutes. Nurse finally came in room, completed exam (lasted approximately 6 minutes), left and finally returned several minutes later with prescription. Left at 11:55. Absolutely unacceptable! Only 3 patients in waiting room when I arrived!

The office staff is exceptional, kind, friendly and very helpful. Kara always takes the time to speak and explain everything to you completely.

As an Urgent Care the Providers function well enough. But I have tried them as Primary Care and gotten lost in the shuffle. The office staff is AMAZING though! Keep up the Great Work!!!

I went to Accordia Urgent Care yesterday because my daughter was not feeling well.. The expertise and care shown by the staff there was well beyond the 5 stars given.
I had to go back today for a follow up and even though there was a wait, the staff was very professional and kept me abreast of what was going on. You CANNOT find a more suitable and caring staff than those at Accordia Urgent Care, Warner Robins!

I love the friendly and professional staff; the hours and all the services they offer. I came as a patient in pain and was showed nothing but genuine concern and care.
Today I brought my son here for his sports physical and they rock at that as well! If you need their services come on down, they’re open 7 days a week 7:30am – 7:30pm

I love this place! I have been treated here several times and I am always treated very good. The people are very friendly and are always concerned about my health issues.
I highly recommend Accordia to everyone and will continue to go here for all my healthcare issues. They are also now my family doctor too!

Had to come in first thing on my first Mothers Day, in pain, and I have to tell you. The group of ladies that helped me were so pleasant, made me feel so comfortable, and it really got my mind off of how sick I was feeling.
I will definitely go back, and again, thumbs up to the three ladies that were there today. Thank you so dearly!!!!

The staff is so friendly and caring. I have been to other urgent care facilities and Accordia Urgent Care was superior in every way! I would definitely recommend Accordia Urgent Care.
