Gavin and Absolute Doors were recommended by a competitor in a neighboring town. We called on a Saturday afternoon and Gavin came out within a couple hours. He was very professional and diagnosed the problem with our garage door within the first 10 minutes. He gave us a few options and price expectations and we both decided it would be more cost effective and quicker to change out the garage door motor. He found one for me at Home Depot and offered to go get it. We decided to rush over and get the new unit and he installed it right away. It works great and it was done in a matter of minutes.
It was great to be able to support a local small business who is trustworthy and gives you great value for your money.

Yesterday evening I called this company, they picked up immediately, which impressed me. They were out the very next day. The Technician, Chris, was very professional, informative and had my garage door fixed and working in no time. This company is outstanding and extremely reasonable in costs. I intend on calling them for all future repairs and referring them to all my friends.

I don’t normally write reviews but I was so happy with these guys I felt they deserved one.
I called five or six companies to get an estimate. After three tried to sell me a new door, Absolute offered to repair my existing door for a small fraction of the price, so I hired them on the spot. The tech was friendly and did an excellent job.
Fun fact for those of you shopping around – some companies do free estimates and some charge a service fee just to come look, but all of them were willing to waive the fee when I told them not to bother coming by if they were going to charge for an estimate.

I have dealt with Absolute for anything with my garage door. I am always pleased with the service, price, and professionalism! The technician I usually deal with is Chris. He is the best there is out there when it comes to garage doors and his customer service surpasses the status quo. Call them, you will be happy you did!

I called Absolute Garage Door for a second quote. My custom “carriage” wood garage door had come off the tracks and was upside down and backwards and hanging by one cable. Chris came out immediately. He looked over the situation and gave me a $ range that he believed it would cost to rehang the door. He began work immediately and honestly I think the project was bigger than he first imagined! Nonetheless, he kept to his estimate and completed the work to perfection. I am having him back today to install a garage door opener!

Gavin was tremendous from start to finish. Honest, up front-and the best part-he did the work himself, so he had pride in the end result. The office is responsive and the process is clearly explained before the project begins. I now have a garage door specialist I can call my own!
