Absolute Appliance Repair is a fully licensed and insured appliance service and repair company. All of our technicians are factory-trained, licensed, and certified by the EPA. We are devoted to providing prompt, reliable, and professional repair services to our customers in the Atlanta metropolitan area.

We work on all models and brands of major home appliances. It does not matter what the age of your appliance, we repair them all. More often than not, we have the replacement parts for your repair in our working vehicle when we show up for the service appointment, since we stock parts for all major appliances brands. I woke up to water leaking out of my refrigerator AND my front loading washing machine this morning. I called and left a message for absolute appliance repair early this morning before they even opened. I received a pleasant call back right after 8am, and the scheduler was able to schedule a tech to come to my house the same day! The Tech arrived ON time, and he fixed both my appliances, and replaced a valve on my washing machine with a part he had in the car and he unclogged the drain line in my refrigerator so it stopped leaking on the floor! The fact that they were so responsive and knowledgeable and fixed my appliances the same day was a RELIEF! Fair prices too to for the level of service! Thank you again!

As always, a wonderful experience! Vladimir and Alex were here same day and swapped out our oven so quickly and efficiently. Will use them again once we have the electrical upgraded for the matching convection microwave.

We had a great experience with Absolute Appliance Repair. Dimitri came out the day after we called to diagnose an issue with our washing machine. He spent the time to go over the entire machine, explained what he found and gave us a quote to replace the shaft and bearings. He came back the next day and worked into the evening to replace the parts that were worn out and our washer is working great again. Dimitri was very honest, professional, personable and easy to work with while in our home.
We will definitely use them again.

I called in the afternoon and Vladimir came out and fixed my refrigerator the next day. The last company I worked with said it was impossible. Vladimir laughed at that and was in and out in 30 minutes. I can’t imagine ever calling another company ever again. Would highly recommend.

We had a broken dishwasher, and Dimitry came out the same day we called. He was professional and knowledgeable about diagnosing the issue. The next day he returned, and we have a working dishwasher. Life is good!! Dimitry was even kind enough to offer to load our dirty dishes in the now working machine. Highly recommend! It’s so hard to find honest repair people.

This Company goes the extra mile, 3 year old Samsung washer needed a new control board, other companies told us the manufacturer did not make the part anymore. Mike took the extra step of calling Samsung and learned they just changed the part number and was able to fix it within a week. Highly recommended!

Alex was FANTASTIC! He was able to diagnose the problem with our Downdraft Vent very quickly.
And Alex was able to help replace a screw to our Oven Door as well as he quickly changed our Dryer Door to open the other way to make it easier to swap our wash from the Washer to the Dryer.
