The transmission went out in my 2018 Lincoln navigator after 93,000 miles. I was surprised that there was a problem with the car since it had been maintained to all of Lincoln‘s recommendations. Fortunately I found AAMCO in Macon Georgia and was able to connect with them and deliver the car to the shop. They called me the next day and told me that the transmission needed to be replaced and while I was disappoint I gave them permission to go ahead and do the work. About a week later I got a call saying the car was ready. back to Macon picked up the car but on the way home the transmission started leaking fluid again. I called AAMCO. They told me to bring it right back and they would take care of it. Boy did they a week later I got a call saying the car was ready and I drove over there today to pick it up and the drive home was like driving it home from the dealer on the day that I got it. It was a big relief to have this problem resolved. Turns out Ford has a class action lawsuit against it on this particular transmission. I will use this business again and recommend them to anybody that is looking for a professional, courteous repair shop!

the lady jennifer haley up front was super sweet I think her husband Zack was the one who did the work on my car. Will definitely be seeing them again for my future car troubles. Great place for sure

Fantastic shop – friendly and prompt service. They didn’t charge me after diagnosing an engine problem and suggesting I take it to the dealer. Printed off all necessary documents for it to be covered under warranty. 11/10 recommend!
