This is a great bail bonds . I was able to o the process from home. Customer service was absolutely. I spoke with Agatha the first time she was great. But we had to wait for the bond amount to post at the jail. When it finally did she had gone for the day , but Ten was amazing as well and helped me through the process. Awesome Customer Service

I Worked with a gentleman by the name of Trey. When I say he was amazing!!! He was amazing. Never gave me a hard time, always available no matter what. This guy is the real deal. He works at his hardest capacity to make sure you and your people are taking great care of!. This establishment is lucky to have him. Even thou he’s young he is well experienced and really cares genuinely !.If you use this bonding company I strongly advise you request him!!

I will highly recommend this place to everyone. Dealing with something I have never even dreamed of dealing with before, this company has gone above and beyond. They answer every call and address me by name when I do call. They have answered every question, big or small. They have been with me every step of the way. I was forced to contact A 2nd Chance due to a very unfortunate life changing incident.. I have never been in a position to require these types of services.. So I was very nervous and lost when I contacted this company.. Kyle was able to ease my mind a bit.. and give me good information that helped me through this process.. I am very happy with the services and how I was treated! I highly recommend this company!!

Great experience with Michelle. She was patient, thorough and kind throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions and ALWAYS followed up. I used both the Fulton and Dekalb location and she helped me get things going there as well. I’ve dealt with other agencies in the past but 2nd Chance is legit and diligent. They truly want to help bring your loved one home. Go with them, you will not regret it.
