Evren though I am located out of Mark’s service area I contacted him via email regarding an issue I am having with one of my trees and needed an arborist’s advice. He replied within minutes on a Suynday afternoon even. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Mark and his team promptly removed a dangerous large tree that had split during a recent storm.
The tree was lodged between our deck and another tree parallel with the ground about 8 feet high.
They safely removed the tree without and further damage to our deck.
770Arborist responded quickly and professionally we recommend them and would use their services again if in need.

I called Mark over at 770ARBORIST at 5:30pm on a Friday with an emergency situation requiring a tree removal. The tree has broken my house water service line and my water had been shut off. Mark contacted one of his crews that was working late that Friday and asked them to add a job to the day. They showed up around 7:30pm that evening and took down a 40ft red maple, cleaned up and were gone in less than 40 minutes. A complete life saver. I have used this company multiple times and there work has always been fantastic. Thank you 770ARBORIST for your exceptional service and response.

Mark and team did a great job – worked directly with the Insurance company, for our Emergency tree removal, cleaned out within 24 hours and back on track now. Highly recommend for your tree removal needs.

I had a tree fall on my house. I called at 3am and they answered.
They were able to come out the very next morning and remove everything and tarp my roof to avoid more damage. They were in and out in only a few hours and I could not be more happy with their professionalism and work. Would highly recommend.

I was pleased with the amount of time that was spent with me both on the phone and when a representative came out to speak with me and assess the project. They had a lot of knowledge regarding the trees and the issues we were dealing with. The crew that came out were very respectful and did a good job. Our trees have thrived based on the work that they’ve done. I’ll hire them again. In fact, I’ll be calling them for some more work soon.

They were very professional, very thorough, and everything they did they bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied before they left the house. The cleanup was excellent.

I was most satisfied with the customer service. At first they tried to do the permits for me—I think it was the owner Mark, he said he’d take care of it. The county told him no, she has to do it; it’s very particular in my county. He did try to do everything for me to make it a very seamless process. I appreciate that they really tried to do everything for me so I didn’t have to lift a finger. When I did have to lift a finger, he contacted someone at the county and told me who I needed to contact. They never really left me on my own. I’d never done trees before, and they helped me all along the way. When it came to tree stump grounding, they communicated as best as possible with the different company that was doing that part. That’s where I gave it a four, because it would be nice if they were in a little more communication. They were both doing their own jobs during the day though, so I get it. Other than that, they’re really good. They didn’t leave me hanging

I needed to know if an old cherry tree needed to come down.
He checked some rot in the trunk. It is still strong enough to hold the branches. I was relieved that it has enough life to continue blooming in the spring and doesn’t have to be taken down.

Couldn’t be happier with the services. Lance was fantastic, knowledgeable and honest. We have a heavily wooded lot and wanted to make sure we had everything checked to ensure the health and safety of our trees. Lance throughly reviewed our property and made very informed suggestions on what we could do to improve conditions. I never once felt like I was being pushed to do unnecessary work. I have heard of a number of tree companies and arborists that use scare tactics to make a sale. Not once did 770 pull any of those tricks. The team is top notch, top of the line, informed and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. As for the work we decided to do…The team did an impeccable job at a very fair price. A++++++

770-ARBORIST did a great job! We had two very large river birch trees removed from our property. We had gotten 10 other estimates and 770-Arborist was the best price plus they had great reviews. They came out and removed the trees in less than 5 hours….these trees were HUGE!!! They also did a good job cleaning up. Would definitely recommend!

770-Arborist did a great job with our tree removal! I was impressed from the first phone call when I was told someone was in the area and could stop by the same day for a consultation. Lance was the best, very thorough and patient with all my questions. I appreciated that there weren’t high pressure sales tactics and booked the tree removal the same day! The work was scheduled within a week, even with the endless rain. We’re pleased with the work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, or use them for future work.

This company is so professional and knowledgeable. I had them come in after I had regrettably used another company to take down some branches on a tree that they said had some rotting in it. I was pleasantly when Lance toured my yard with me and patiently explained about my trees and what to watch for in the future as well as tips to keep my trees healthy. This is how a company should be run!

I cannot be more pleased than I am with Lance, Mark and 770-Arborist. Speaking with both gentlemen gave me the confidence I needed to secure my decision to use them for my tree service. I had some trees that needed to be removed entirely and others that just needed to be trimmed up. The honesty and the quote was better than others I interviewed and then the work they completed was top-notch. Totally professional and easy to work with in every way. Don’t hire just anyone to prune your trees! This company is very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable, and the results met my (high) expectations. The price was reasonable and I will definitely hire them again. Highly recommended.
