I will never refer this law firm to anyone in the world. Their communication is ridiculously horrible. You have to beg and blow their phone up to know what’s going on with your case. They have made so many promises but at the need of the day are really for themselves. I wanted to take my case to trial but because of THE COLOR OF MY SKIN being that I’m AFRICAN AMERICAN . My attorney very repetitively told me he did not want to take it to trial even though I had a clear cut case that I was not in the wrong and because the accident was located in a country town in South Carolina. He discouraged me so much from trial I just went and settled because who wants to go to a trial with an attorney that doesn’t even wanna be there. I feel very racial profiled and regret the day I ever called witherite law. PLEASE FIND A BETTER ATTORNEY!

Mr.William Pate was excellent, very professional and informative. He made sure i understood what was going on with my case and that I understood everything. He didn’t make any decisions with out my input I would definitely use them again as well as refer them .I was very satisfied with everything…Thank you so much.

Hello my name is Matt Taylor, I was hit by an 18 wheeler and my life is totally changed I’m not able to do anything I’ve had two surgeries and I need two more. My team Jazmine Rodriguez Renee and Miss Myrathala who started with, my case she is now on other cases but she is also included in this review and my attorney Mr. Martin they all are very professional very thorough and very attentive to my needs you would think that they all may be my therapist at times.
I’ve been very fortunate with my team and my attorney they’ve been taking care of me every step of the way and I’ve had the best surgeon available for my surgeries I’m able to walk and turn my head a little bit now prior to was very difficult to move it all the customer service in a professionalism the date give is what used to be back in the 70s and the 80s which doesn’t even exist anymore I hope everyone that has an accident would be able to experience the care and professionalism that I have received they have gone above and beyond for me and it’s just by the grace of God I’ve been blessed to have them and they’re consistent with their attitude and care and a job that they do it Mr. Martin is not an attorney that anyone wants to play with nor is anyone else on the team that works with him thank you so much I can’t say enough about you all sincerely Matt Taylor

This office was by far the best when it comes communication. Mayra Cisneros always stayed on top of everything and never failed to communicate every detail with me about my case. Five stars is not enough. Always returns calls promptly and answers questions with patience and kindness even though I called quite frequently. Sean McEvoy and the Witherite team are the best. From Jay doing the intake and and Tiffany making sure my needs were met and the accounting department making sure I was taken care of even after my settlement, I couldn’t ask for a better team. They showed true compassion and always made me feel at ease, even if just to talk. I pray I never experience another accident but if I do, Witherite is on my speed dial. I will recommend Sean to everyone I know. He works really hard to get you the settlement you deserve.
