Technician was great!!!
Helped me to understand all about my duct system and showed me before and after pictures. Feels cleaner in my home tonight! Can’t remember names if the guys that were here but they were both professional and very efficient!

Levar was beyond amazing! My furniture is pristine, he was personable, respectful, knowledgeable, and a complete delight to have in my home. I am very proud of the outcome, and will be a returning customer. Ask for Levar! He is awesome!

A great experience. My technician was excellent and knowledgeable. The service is competitively priced compared other well know carpet cleaning companies. The drying process took about 6 hours. I would use this service again.

I’m resubmitting a new review. A technician came to clean carpet rooms and stairs yesterday. After realizing we had concerns last night, I called this morning and a knowledgeable technician was here before lunch and did an awesome recovery. Technician arrived early (which they cleared with me before hand), so that was a nice bonus. They were extremely friendly and helpful to my needs/wants. Were very efficient and thorough. Made sure I was okay with the service performed. Even made sure I did not lose out on a bedroom that was part of a promotion. Carpet looks great, and no more pet odors! Highly recommend.

I love Zerorez I have used them multiple times. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. They do an incredible job cleaning my carpet. They were able to remove all the carpet stains in my 17 year old son’s room!!! This is money well spent in my opinion.

It has been a great experience with Tony the technician, he did a great job explaining our options and what would give us the best results. He was very knowledgeable of our situation which involved dogs. Since this would be a temporary fix we decided to move forward and results were phenomenal!! Tony did a great job with cleaning our bonus room and hall way. We are more than happy with the work he did!! We will let all our friends and family know to use this great company Zerorez and ask for Tony!! Thank you all for your great service

Brian Hunt from Zerorez came to our house and did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets. He was on time, professional and worked hard to get the job done quickly. He explained the process thoroughly prior to the cleaning and walked through the house with us after he was finished to make sure we were satisfied. He also placed fans over the carpets to dry them quickly while he was packing up his equipment. I HIGHLY recommend Brian Hunt and Zerorez!

From my first attempt online to schedule a date for carpet cleaning and to inquire about having area rugs cleaned to the technician’s packing up after the cleaning services, I was consistently impressed and reassured by the quality and professionalism of this company. Our technician was on time and didn’t waste my time. He got right to work and did a great job!

If you like fresh cleaned carpets ask for Aaron, he was my Tech & he was the best of the best. Great communication, eager to help & detailed work. I have a dog – Aaron did an awesome job on my living room & office. No salesy stuff just quality cleaning. I also got my rug cleaned – cause my dog peed on our cowhide rug the day before. NP… Aaron took it back to their facility to clean & Tomas the Rug Manager was phenomenal! He kept us up to date on the cleaning process & delivered it back to my home within 8 days. My cowhide rug looks freakin’ amazing – no more piss smell …I LOVE IT!!!

I have used Zerorez three times now and have loved every experience with them. From scheduling the appointment to them providing excellent & professional service. I aways get a courtesy call before their arrival. Not to mention how clean my carpets are after the treatment. Stains that I never think would come off, do. Very detailed work! Love them and will continue to use their services.

I highly recommend Zerorez. The results were extraordinary. The gentleman that service my residency was very professional and hardworking. He took the time, before he started cleaning, to explain the process and wanted my approval when he had finished. I have had other businesses clean my carpet and found black marks on the walls, corners, and baseboards. I was very pleased with his workmanship.
