Mabra Law Firm came as a referral from one of my good friends’ after an awful car accident and it was the best referral ever! Hands down the best experience. Very informative. Very professional! Everyone I interacted with during the process was amazing, but I want to highlight my experience with Phyllis Thompson. From start to finish, she was very knowledgeable and I can tell she cared about the end result. She constantly kept me updated and her entire vibe was extremely positive and inviting. My face was cut due to a facial that left me bloody and scarred. I had a Zoom meeting the same day with Attorney Jarrod Burch; he noticed the injury and suggested I file a claim. As an employee of the Mabra Law, I was unsure if we could get any compensation. Jarrod and my co-worker Courtney went to bat for me and got me a GREAT settlement.
If I am ever injured again, I will choose my firm (Mabra Law) again.

What can I say about my experience!! Phyllis Thompson was amazing from the start of my case as the investigator. I was then assigned to Aleah Wagner as my case manager. Communication is always key . The weekly updates on my case or just even to check on how I was doing meant a lot to me. I recommend Mabra Law Firm to everyone who looking for a great team.

This Mabra law firm is by far the most efficient law firm out here; the staff is extremely professional and friendly. They get you the most you can get in any and all situations and circumstances. They keep you updated on a consistent basis so you NEVER have to worry,or think about your situation. They do all the thinking for you, so all you have to do is relax. This is a firm I recommend to anyone and everyone who’s confused or not sure what to do after an accident and if you need confirmation email me so I can confirm and after I confirm give them a call and tell them Mario sent you and they will take it from there.

The Mabra law firm group has helped my family with 3 different cases. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and attentive to my needs. Phyllis Thompson and Jared Burch provided great insight and customer service. Though the process was a bit lengthy, they were always available to give updates and answer any questions I had. The office is beautiful and modern, with a welcoming feel.

I would highly recommend the Mabra Law firm too anyone they handled my case as if it was there own personal case and December Robinson kudos too her she was nothing but a joy too work with she also handled everything concerning my case with the utmost urgency she is a gem too this firm as well as others who also works for Mr Mabra. I wish I could give them 10 stars but for now it’s the 5 which they allow but all in all it was a pleasurable experience with the Mabra firm.

The Mabra Law firm are very transparent and communicative. Every question, no matter how small or big, is answered with the upmost respect. First I want to thank God because my family was truly in a time of need and we read these reviews and they lead us to the Mabra Law Firm. My son was tragically stuck by a car as a pedestrian while crossing a road. We contacted the Mabra Law Firm not knowing what to do next and immediately they first showed so much compassion for our loss the secondly started to steer us in the right direction. Tiffany and Courtney are absolutely the best. They are thorough, they are competent and they are compassionate. Both E-mailed me constantly and called when necessary. The care that they showed my family surpassed lawyer-client relationship and allowed us to grieve while helping us to fight for justice. This was not an accident case like ambulance chasing. This was about making sure that our needs were met and we had all our questions or concerns answered. They used connections to help us find answers. Sincerely this is not just a law firm but family. The Mabra firm was great. The staff’s customer service is like no other. My case manger Courtney was awesome, I was kept up to date throughout the process. She let me ask as many questions as needed and she assured my case would be handled correctly. I received no calls from creditors or health providers. Everything was taken care of!
