Amazing company, I wish I had called them first when we started to have issues with our main sewer line. Unfortunately, it took us two other plumbers until we made the right call to Mr. Rooter.
What the other two could not do, Luke did in three minutes.
They will be the only company for our plumbing needs.

The Rooter person who came was very good explaining thew current situation and what needs to be done. He answered each question I asked and also mentioned when options existed.

I had the pipes under my house replaced by Jason and John. They both did an excellent job explaining the issues, what I would most likely need done in the future, and what was absolutely necessary to have done today. They exhibited excellent professionalism and took great care to ensure that my crawlspace was as clean as it was when they found it once they were finished. I’m very happy to be a customer because of the work they did and the manner in which they completed it.

Outstanding service and sense of urgency. I have been wanting to finish the basement bathroom for 3 years now shopping and weighing out my options. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I chose Mr. Rooter to do the job. I found their number in the Gwinnett services book and am so happy I made the appointment. Rick was my Plumber and he did a fantastic job not only in the hours of work he put in installing the sump pump and piping for it but also in the detailed pictures and explanations. I knew and understood everything going on each step of the way. Thank you so much for all your hard work Rick!!!

In January ’22 our water main broke on a Sunday morning. Mr. Rooter was able to have someone on site within 2 hours. They were fast, professional, and friendly. They did a great job. We have had them back to do more work for us. Would highly recommend.

Mr. Rooter was fantastic from the beginning. It was two days before Christmas and I had family coming in. They responded immediately to my online request and the service provider on the phone was wonderful and very polite. Jim was fantastic! He made sure that I understood what was going on in my house and what to watch for with other things. Thanks Jim and Mr. Rooter!

John was great and got the water heater up and running in my condo on a Sunday morning. He came promptly at the time the dispatcher explained. John was great at explaining the issue, what needed to be done to fix it and the final cost. He went through everything with me once it was completed and left me feeling confident in his work. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter and would use them again.

I had an issue trying to get a new refrigerator installed. The installers were afraid to disconnect the copper water hose from the old refrigerator because they didn’t want to risk flooding my home. The installers left at 10:30am. I called Mr. Rooter approximately 10:50am. To my surprise the young lady was able to get me an appointment same day and almost immediately! Robert came and saved my day. Within less than three hours I called, Robert arrived and just left. Everyone I came in contact with today from Mr. Rooter was kind, caring and professional. I think I have found my “go to” plumbing company. Thanks Mr. Rooter.

Very pleased with Jason Johnson’s work. He went beyond the call of duty on a major leak repair. He was able to find what was a very hard leak to locate 4 feet under ground. When he found it he noticed the pipe was galvanized and deteriorating. Once he cut into the pipe he noticed the inside was horribly corroded. He worked up a good price for us to repair the entire line to the house. Once they got into the job they found out the work was going to be much more than they anticipated but they stood by their price. They had to removed sod and plants during the job and replaced it all even though they were not required to. I truly appreciate Jason’s honesty, hard work, and willingness to get the job done right. Highly recommend Jason and Mr. Rooter to anyone.

I am so glad I called Mr. Rooter. A major leak sprung up,flooding my basement. I immediately started looking for a plumbing service provider, and after doing a bit of research, I found Mr. Rooter to be highly rated. Based on my experience, their reputation is well earned. Jason B. was the service professional who arrived to fix the problem. He showed up in a timely manner, and he quickly was able to find the source of the leak. He kept me abreast of everything he needed to do, providing me with a quote upfront. He showed me exactly where the problem was and quickly fixed it. In talking with Jason, I found him to be very experienced, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He provided timely, thorough and efficient service. Mr. Rooter is going to be my go-to for all of my plumbing needs.
