Lighthouse Property Management, Inc. was established in 2008. The firm has grown to over 150 single family rental properties and continues to grow. Travis Cassell is the business owner. He has a long history in the real estate business. Prior to starting Lighthouse Property Management, Inc. he was a top producing mortgaeg banker for many large firms including Suntrust Mortgage, and Homebanc Mortgage.

Travis founded Cutting Edge Property Mgmt. in 2005. As an active real estate investor Travis is familiar with the Atlanta market and enjoys advising and helping new as well as seasoned investors. Lighthouse Property Management, Inc. specializes in finding outstanding tenants for the best rental homes in the metro Atlanta area.

We are a full service property management firm serving Coweta, Fayette, Henry, Clayton and Douglas counties. Some of our services include but are not limited to: rent collection, tenant procurement, background checks, lease signing, maintenance services, eviction services, accounting, and investment property consultation.

Travis and Jennifer are responsive and we can rely on them to give good advice on how to treat our tenants and what to expect from them in return. I own 2 properties in the Atlanta area and I have been with Lighthouse Property Management, Inc. for the last 7 – 8 years and I have to say that Travis Cassell is the best in the business. Before I found Travis and Lighthouse Property Management I was ready to throw in the towel because I had been through 3 other unscrupulous and dishonest Property Managers who only cared about themselves.

In Travis and Lighthouse Property Management I have found a property management company who cares about not only its’ clients but also the tenants. Your concerns are addressed promptly, Travis and his team are efficient and they are easily accessible (which is extremely hard to find). I’ve been with Lighthouse for six months. They quickly found a tenant and one that cares for my property. Lighthouse does a great job managing any requests and making sure that I am pleased as well as my tenant. I highly recommend them.
