Mary spent 6 months helping us on a very difficult house hunt and worked with us as 2 out of 3 offers did not go through. When the third deal went through she was there every step of the way and even hired our inspector for us. She went as far as to hold our baby during closing so we could sign the papers. she truly went above and beyond every step of the way and we could not have done our house hunt in Athens without her.

Sarah went out of her way to find the exact house we were looking for. Her knowledge of the Athens real estate market was not only impressive, but proved to be invaluable to us after the sale. Through her many connections in the community, she not only found us the right house, but also was our primary source of information and reference for all the post-sale renovation we did on the property.
