The entire experience has been fabulous! My sales consultant, Ben, was so helpful. I learned so much from him amd he was there to answer any and all my questions.
My installation team, Albert and David, worked amazingly together. They have an unbelievable system to make sure everything is installed precisely and efficiently! Albert showed me how to use my new thermostat and walked me through my entire new system.
The ladies that are in the office have been pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable as well.
I am SO HAPPY that I selected Assured Comfort to install my new HVAC system! Thank you so.much everyone!!!!

100% satisfied with the service I received from this vendor! Johnnie was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He showed me pictures of my system and vents, explained everything and made great suggestions about how to keep things running smoothly. Also had Dalton come out to solve some plumbing issues. He was also courteous and super helpful! This was my first time using Assured Comfort but it definitely won’t be the last! Highly recommended!!

I just had Randy Hensley here to service my HVAC. He did an awesome job! So pleasant to talk to! Very informative…he explained everything that he was doing and where the right temperature should be! I couldn’t be happier with the service I received!

Had a part installed on my AC unit in September 2021 and it failed in June 2022. David came out and recommended the entire $4,000.00 unit be replaced which the general manager, Joey, approved! My system is now up and running and I wasn’t charged a penny! Way to go guys!!! If you have air conditioning or plumbing needs (I’ve used them for plumbing before too!) these are the folks to call!!!

He corrected the incorrect wiring the last guy screwed up and added a transformer to get me up and running in no time!

Kyle was excellent and knowledgeable. He repaired my leaking shower. In addition, he walked around and gave me estimates for any additional future issues without being pushy. He was very respectful of my property and gave me tips. I would definitely recommend him and this company to anyone.

Jacob came by for a system check, he was was a great guy, explained what we should now, and what we could put off till later in a very understandable way. Not always what you want to hear, but I guess that’s why it’s called preventative maintenance. We’ve been with AC for several years now, and we definitely feel it’s been worth it

The two guys did a fantastic job installing my HVAC system. I live in a high-rise condo, so they really had to work hard to get the unit in the small space, but they did it… not to mention, the compressor is on the roof.
They worked very hard and they were very knowledgeable, professional & friendly.

We’ve used Assured before, to install both our new HVAC & our water heater. They’ve always been incredibly professional. After a gap of maintenance (pandemic) we had David Clemmer come out to check the system. He explained everything very clearly (multiple times when I wanted to be sure I understood) & even took time to explain beyond the surface level so we can better maintain with multiple cats. He was great!

Cory was great! He patiently answered all of my questions and he also educated me regarding things that I did not know about AC units. Other companies were replacing Freon in my unit. I was under the impression that this had to be done every year or 2. Cory told me the truth about why this was not needed. Thank you so much Cory. You just helped me save lots of money for the future. I appreciate it.

My service provider was Johnny, a former U.S. Marine. He came by to install a new thermostat only, but in the process discovered some air quality issues. He was very knowledgeable regarding air quality inside your home, or the lack thereof. He took time to educate us, and then showed us what was happening in our home. He provided multiple solutions and cost for each, then made recommendations based on our feedback. Thanks to Johnny, I feel very good and confident about the air quality in our home. I’m so glad he was the one who came out to replace our thermostat.

John Sears was my technician this morning and he was great. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, understanding, kind, and professional. I love this company (even though I don’t like having to call..who wants issues with their systems lol) I wouldn’t call anyone else. John was professional and efficient. The came out earlier than we expected which is fine…better than fine actually.
They went straight to work and even worked in the rain to get it done. They were very professional.
I didn’t mention it to them, but I could here one of them singing a song when it came time to transition the old and put in the new. Pretty sure it was his own creation. It made us go over to the window to look. We watched him trot the new unit to the back. It made us laugh a little…it was absolutely adorable.
My husband said, (and this is not to say anything bad about his job) “I remember when I was that happy at work”.
They explained everything and even helped to set up our other appointment to get ducts cleaned.
They not only deserve lunch, they deserve dinner as well.
They were amazing!

Awesome is my experience. My technician today was Darryl, he was very knowledgeable and explained and answer all my questions. He did not try to sale me on parts I did not need. He was fair and honest. I will use Assured comfort Heating again and will tell all my friends and coworkers to use them too if they have any ac problems. 5 stars!!!

After receiving quotes from 5 different companies, I decided to go with Assured Comfort due to the fact that they seemed more professional and knowledgeable. They were the only ones that noticed a slight mold issue out of the 5 that came out. They gave me a great deal and installed everything in one day. The system works beautifully and if you live in a hot and humid climate, I highly suggest a system with dehumidification! I will definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend them!

You can’t go wrong with Assured Comfort Heating, Air and Plumbing. Ok, haven’t tried plumbing yet, but will not hesitate when we need it.
