We provide up front, guaranteed pricing on every job to ensure customer service and satisfaction is rendered. In fact, to better reflect our commitment and promise to arriving at a customer’s home or business when we say, we will pay you $59 if we are late or don’t show up on time.

Additionally, we are very picky about the licensed heating and cooling technicians and electricians we hire. We conduct extensive background checks on prospective employees and we perform random drug tests. We insist that our employees are professional, neat, and clean, that they have no visible tattoos or piercings and that they are non smokers. If an OnTime Service employee ever smokes, swears or leaves a mess in your home, our service will be free.
