This place and the employees that work here are a gem. Due to back pain I had to have a procedure done. I was apprehensive about going somewhere new with a doctor I didn’t know. However, I am so fortunate my doctor sent me here. Dr. Taylor was so thorough in explaining every step to me. Then before I ever met Dr. Taylor the nurses were so kind and professional that it just blew my mind. Ronald handled my paper work and check in process with great care. Then Dani used her expertise to find my vein when it didn’t want to be found. She was gentle and quick! At the end she provided a snack and water since I had to fast 4 hours prior to the procedure. Lastly, Shemeka followed up after the procedure to make sure I was comfortable and to answer any final questions. If my family or friend Ms ever need to go to a spine facility I would recommend this place. Forget a 5 star rating they deserve a 10!

The staff at the Virginia Ave location brought me back 100% to myself! Drew, Brandon, and Neef were great as physical therapists and listening ears! I actually enjoyed coming in every week. Thank y’all for all you do!

I received 2 shots in the summer of 2022 which neither worked for my issues. At my follow up visit, Dr Richardson suggested trying a shot in the SI joint. I told him I would reach out to the office when I was ready and could afford another shot. I called back in Oct of 2022 to schedule the SI joint shot, they told me they would contact my insurance to verify approval and then I would be called to schedule the procedure. I never received another call back regarding insurance or to schedule the procedure. Only received a bill in the mail for a when I called them to set something up, and they never followed up again. Called to get clarification for the bill and was told it was for a “teledoc appt.” Doesn’t seem like a legitimate charge when I called their office and they never did anything to follow up or move forward with the procedure.
UPDATE: After receiving another call it seems there were some miscommunication from both myself and the billing department. Thankful the issue has been resolved, as the overall experience I’ve had with Dr. Richardson and his staff has always been pleasant in the past.

Dr. Matthew Richardson is extremely professional, knowledgeable and experienced. He takes the time to listen to you, explains things in great detail so you understand and is very empathetic. He is a doctor who cares for his patients and their well being. Dr. Richardson and his entire team is remarkable.

Sandy Springs is so very lucky to have this superior medical group so near. I have been a long-term patient. Dr. Taylor is remarkably skilled, knowledgeable, patient, kind, compassionate, caring and available. In addition to my usual MD, I have had occasion to interact with a handful of the other partners. Everyone else is absolutely some of the very best physicians I have ever had. The staff at the offices is also wonderful. Jada on Dr. Taylors team, is a “stand-out” ! They are quite a rare group in this day and age. I am very grateful for all they have done for me.

I was recently treated for therapy at this facility, and I was very satisfied with the level of professionalism displayed by the staff. Dr Anthony Suarez was my treating physician for physical therapy. He took the time to understand my specific needs and goals and worked with me to develop a customized treatment plan that was tailored to my individual medical needs. The facility has a friendly and caring staff and the environment is well-maintained. I highly recommend Dr Suarez and Peachtree Spine Physicians facility.

I’d like to Thank The Good Brothers Tony, Haneef, and Drew for providing professional service from start to finish over at Peachtree Spine Physicians. The atmosphere is welcoming and Down to earth. Working with each individual was very effective. I highly recomend this office. The whole team is relaxed. From the Front desk to the Physicians. All of the staff are professional and courteous! Dr. Jones is very respectful of your time and has a genuine concern to make sure you get better. PT was great as well! I would recommend Dr. Jones to anyone that is having any issues with their spine/neck/hips. They handle their procedures better than any other orthopedics/spine center than I’ve been to. I will definitely be back if I have any issues in the future!

Dr Taylor and his staff were professional and caring. Each person I dealt with made an effort to put me at ease. Even though I had the epidural injection several years ago, I had forgotten what it was like. It was easier and quicker than expected. Dr Taylor visited me before and after the procedure. Everything went as he explained.

After leaving a large orthopedic practice, I came to Dr. Cody for a second opinion and fell in love with this practice! Dr. Cody is compassionate, took his time to explain MRI’s images, answer several questions I had, and truly cares about helping his patients find relief quickly. His staff is extremely personable, they know me by name, and get back to all of my calls very quickly. Dr. Cody handles procedures in a very timely manner so you don’t have to wait while in pain.

I was referred to Dr. Matthew Richardson after being in a terrible MVA. My lower back was in terrible pain and I was unable to get comfortable no matter what position I tried. I have been to his office and received neck and lumbar epidurals and I am recovering quickly and finding more comfort. I absolutely would recommend him to anyone because he is Professional, caring, compassionate, accommodating, knowledgeable, genuine and he as THE BEST bedside manner. Best office music- too cool

He is a wonderful doctor. He has an amazing bedside manner and does not negate concerns of the patients even if they are not huge problems. He is very kind and does and excellent job of explaining the issues without making the patient feel stupid. He also prefers to go to a natural approach before he prescribes large quantities of drugs. He is hands down one of the best doctors I have ever seen and I am very happy to be his patient.

I’m writing this review based off of my wife’s visit today. I’m not sure if I’ve been to this place when I had back problems which I still do have but however her procedure was done differently than mine when I had it done about 10 years ago.
She needed an epidural shot, the same thing that I had back then. However they gave me two and I was not knocked out!! The needle appeared to be at least 5 to 6 inches long when I had mine done. So they had to penetrate my spine to shoot steroids into it as to try and ease my pain. No dice!!
Now I take it they do it much differently now because when she went they put her to sleep where she couldn’t feel a thing. What happened to the Equal Rights from back in the day?? They wouldn’t allow me to go back there with her during the procedure, but good thing I didn’t. I would have been pissed thinking about the way they did mine back in the day. Akuna Matata I guess.
By the way, this building does have some decent food in their cafeteria. I missed out on breakfast but wanted a burger and I must say it was pretty damn good. They said the procedure would take like an hour and a half but she was out within 35-40 minutes. So for any of you women who needs epidural shots, this is the right place for you. My wife still isn’t feeling pain like she was before she went in.

After living with lower back pain for several years, I was referred by my primary doctor to Dr. Richardson at Peachtree Spine. The staff is great. After a couple of visits and an MRI he found the problem and recommend the least invasive treatment that he though would help. While he cautioned that it would take several weeks to see how fully the injections would help I was amazed how well I felt the first day after.
The staff is excellent and very patient. Dr. Richardson spends time to listen and understand and then presents you with ideas that he thinks will help. Excellent service!

I cannot say enough glowing things about Dr. Cody and the wonderfully talented staff at Peachtree Spine. I saw Dr. Cody at the Johns Creek location for some lower back issues. He was able to quickly and accurately figure out what the problem was, and get me in for injections to help. Dr. Cody’s bedside manner is top notch and he is amazing at putting you at ease, especially when he’s about to put some needles in your spine. The support staff and nursing staff are all talented and very patient friendly. Highly recommend!

Dr. Cody and his entire staff are professional and caring. I had 2 injections with Dr. Cody, it amazed me how efficient and welcoming his staff was during both visits. I was in and out for both injections in a timely manner, and they made me feel comfortable the entire time. They were always extremely thorough about my procedures and made sure I understood exactly what they were doing. Highly recommend for someone with back pain, don’t suffer anymore, they eliminated all of my pain!
