After spending a total of 3 pain-filled hours from kidney stones in the emergency room at Chandler, where no one would answer my husbands pleas for help, we decided to give 24/7 a shot. It was only 2-3 mins down the road and though we had to pay out of pocket up front, this turned out to be the best decision we could have made. Dr. Williams and his staff welcomed us in and rushed him back to a room addressing his concerns within 5 minutes and having him out of pain within 10. Any cost incurred were discussed between the Dr. and I prior to services rendered and what could have been a few thousand dollars at the emergency room turned out to be $140.00 at urgent care. If you’re ever in need of immediate help and do not want to have to deal with the lackadaisical staff at the ER. GO HERE. Trust me. It’s worth the time, money and trust. You will be glad you did.

Truly 24/7 care. Even late on a Sunday night!! (I went to another UC24/7 before this and they were closed?) Super welcoming, comfortable & helpful. I would rather come here than the er or doctors office any day. It was quick and easy for me- and I am from out of town so a smooth experience was much needed. I would recommend to anyone in the area!! Thanks urgent care 24/7 midtown!!
