Title One Management is a full service management and leasing firm specializing in single family residential properties. We currently manage property in 12 metropolitan Atlanta counties, with a focus on the northern and northwestern corridors including: Bartow, Gordon, Paulding, Cobb, Cherokee, Douglas, Fulton, Dekalb, Gwinnett, Clayton, Carroll and Polk Counties.

In 2005, three friends and business associates came together with a common problem: they all had large personal real estate portfolios and were completely dissatisfied with the way their properties were being managed. These three friends felt they could build a better mousetrap. Initially, the thought was to manage only the properties they owned, but quickly discovered other friends with similar issues.

As business grew, it became apparent this would not be a “hands off” venture. In 2007, Title One Management was born. Since those humble beginnings, our focus has been to provide the highest possible level of service in the industry. How are we different? Having been “the customer” for so many years , and now with more than 22 years of “inthetrenches” landlording experience, we bring a unique perspective as to what property owners want and expect in a manager.

Been working with Title One for a long time, they handle my property well and are quick to turn and get new tenants in. Bottom line is they keep my place occupied which is a huge relief for me. I would recommend them to anyone.

Title One Management makes me feel comfortable being an out of state owner because I feel as if they treat my properties as one of their own. They place high quality tenants, are on top of any and all repairs, and go to bat for you with insurance claims. I recently had an issue with a vacant property where there was vandalisim done to the outside water taps that created a $20,000 bill. Tammy was able to demonstrate to the county that this was an unjust water bill and she got the bill reduced it to $23!

The folks at Title One Management are good people. We found a place that was perfect, that had just gone on the market. The agent called me back immediately and I filled out the online application. The agent said we were the first ones to get it turned in and there were 5 others right behind us, one of which was the agent’s relative. He gave us first priority since our application was the first one. These folks are fair and honest and that goes a LONG way. We had a few maintenance requests that were taken care of promptly and an agent followed up with us to make sure it was finished.

Title One looked after two of my properties in Atlanta. I was extremely pleased with how they conducted business and most importantly looked after our properties. They have a management team that truly looks after your needs as a landlord and keeps you informed. I would recommend Title One Management to anyone who owns a property and wants peace of mind.

Very rarely in life are you awestruck by awesomeness. I had been worried that having a 3rd party enter into my rental agreement would continue to make things where I would really NEED to leave the home I loved so much as I was sure things would stay status quo. This is completely not the case, they listened intently to my concerns, they walked me through the process of how a management company works, what they can offer me that had not had previously. There are not enough words of appreciation that I could give this company and the efforts that Robert Gilstrap, most especially Teegan Thompson took to make me not only love this house again, but the peace of mind that things will be getting done. Thank you so very much Teegan, trust as I said, is very hard for me and I know that I am in very capable hands.
