Mark Tate and the Tate Law Group of Savannah Georgia have a reputation for being tough and aggressive lawyers that will fight with passion to achieve a fair settlement in their client’s personal injury case. That being said, Mark and his firm will take the insurance company to the mat if necessary in court when his client is low-balled by the insurance company. Any person with a personal injury, product liability or dangerous drug or medical product case would be in great hands with Mark and his firm.
Tate Law Group has achieved membership in the prestigious International Association of Primerus Law Firms, representing the interests of Georgia consumers who are injured through no fault of their own. Primerus membership is limited to those firms that exemplify the six pillars of integrity, quality, reasonable fees, continuing education, civility and community service. Mark Tate and the lawyers of the Tate Law Group are steadfast in their determination to protect the rights of individuals in the community and in the courtroom.
Since 1992, Mr. Tate has been representing people in all types of personal injury claims, including auto accidents and mass tort actions. The knowledge that Mark has developed in his over two decades of practice allow him to efficiently present a claim on his client’s behalf and to obtain the most favorable results. For example, the Tate Law group has obtained nearly $50 million dollars of settlements and verdicts for its clients in the last two years alone.
Mr. Tate is constantly trying to educate the public on the legal system and frequently appears on local television shows to explain the legal rights individuals have to recover for injuries caused by another person’s or corporation’s negligence. You don’t “meet” Mark Tate, you experience him. I’ve worked for lawyers for the past 11 years and met Mr. Tate in 2013. He’s got honest what most lawyers can’t buy, which explains his ability to try so many successful cases. Potential clients and jurors can see through acts and antics. Mark’s candor dictates that any story he’s telling is not only true, but also that it’s worth being heard.
