Waylon did a great job locating the problem with our air conditioner which was not cooling. He is really good at trouble shooting. He asked all the right questions to get the info he needed to determine the source of the problem. My family is very happy!!!

This is the second time we have used Summer Breeze and had great service. I’m surprised that I didn’t leave them a review the last time, but am making sure I sing their praises this time.
The first time, about a year ago, they were assigned by our Home Warranty company, and we were so pleased that this time we specifically requested them to be assigned to our current problem. Once again, they did not disappoint.
I’ve read a lot of the reviews on here and I’m honestly shocked. They do NOT describe the company that we experienced at all, in fact just the opposite:
Did our AC malfunction in the hottest month of the year? Yes, that’s when it usually happens;
Did it take the company a few days to work me into their very busy schedule of people who have been waiting in line before me? I was actually very impressed that they worked me in only 2 business days later (it died on a Friday at 5:45pm and Matt was at my house the following Tuesday).
Did the technician show up outside of the 1-5 window they gave me? Sure, because they don’t have a crystal ball to tell them exactly how long the calls before you will take, and they need to give those people the same time and level of service that I would expect them to give me when it’s my turn.
Matt arrived on the day we were scheduled, not much past my “estimated” window, AND he went out of his way to come in the middle of a storm. He could have taken the easy way out and re-scheduled us when he called to tell me he was on his way and I let him know that we had lost power. We both knew he wouldn’t be able to test the unit without it, but instead he continued on just to see if there might be something he could do for us. And I’m so glad he did because the minute his truck pulled up the power came back on!
The time, expertise, and service that Matt gave us was top notch. He found the problem quickly, educated me so I understood what happened, and got us up and running before he left.
I could keep going on and on about the ways Summery Breeze HVAC went above and beyond expectations for a second time, but instead I’ll just end by they are now are “go to” for anything else that may arise in the future (hopefully the very distant future!).

I’m a former nuc mechanic supervisor for submarines with a certification in large refrigerator plants/AC units. Gavin at Summer Breeze was recommended through our home warranty program – Summer Breeze was quick to get in contact and schedule an appointment; confirmed day of, and updated us on arrival status. Gavin is a solid and knowledgeable technician and one of the most efficient mechanics we’ve had at the house since purchasing. Really appreciate the thoroughness of his after-maintenance briefing.

Derrick from Summer Breeze was professional, arrived on time, completed the job, and fixed my a/c issue. I am happy with the service I’ve received, and certainly cooler now that my system is repaired. I recommend Summer Breeze for repairs and service.

Summer breeze is a breeze to work with. I’ve been with them over 10 yrs. Very honest and caring set of folks. Affordable price and great service. No gimmicks no pressure. They just install 2 furnases and 2 outside compressor. I am a satisfied customer.

Our Air conditioner went out and with 4 kids and a dog this GA heat made the house unliveable. Our home warranty company set us up with two other company’s (one that had a horrible rating) and neither could come out until July, and that just wouldn’t work

I must offer my highest recommendation to all the guys at Summer Breeze. I have dealt with them multiple times, originally through homeowner warranty claims made though AHS. They have consistently been so professional and thorough, that I chose them when I decided to replace the AC unit on my top floor. I was amazed at how much less money they were able to obtain and install my unit, and I know from past experience that their craftsmanship is first rate – Wally and Chris were extremely prompt and professional during the entire job.
I’m an insurance agent, and I’ve dealt with contractors and bids most of my career. You shouldn’t do a major job without talking to Matt Scott at Summer Breeze first, and I’d trust them with all my maintenance needs.

Josh & Austin did an excellent job. They really spend some quality time working on getting my air handler installed. They even explained the whole process as to what they were doing, whenever I had questions that is. Excellent customer service! Very thorough, polite, considerate, and just overall exceptional work. Summer Breeze was the contractor assigned by my America Home Warranty. As soon as I filled the request online, I got a text from summer breeze letting me know they would come in the next day. They showed up as promised. Matt was thorough, super friendly and professional and diagnosed the problem quickly! He ordered the part and was back the next day to install it. He even identified a duct that was loose and fixed it, tightened our thermostat and changed the batteries. Talk about excellent and above and beyond service!!! My Heat is up and running perfectly and my home is warm and cozy. !!! I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!!!

Matt was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Called before arriving and arrived within stated window. Diagnosed problems quickly and even took pictures and showed us the various issues with the furnace. Matt was very friendly and explained what he was doing very well so that I could understand. We went through our home warranty and I’m so glad that they sent us Summer Breeze. I had many questions and he was very kind and patient in answering all of them. He was very knowledgeable about the process with the warranty.
