Guys did a great job. Kept us informed throughout the process. Replaced our heat pump (inside and outside unit). Registered our new system with Carrier. Cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased with these folks and I will use them in the future.

I highly recommend Spartan Heating & Air Conditioning for your HVAC system needs in the CSRA. I have used them for about 4 years. As a Military Veteran I like to do business with companies that have a Military Veteran Discount which they do. They have a full range of HVAC products/options to full-fill your needs. Everyone you speak is very knowledgeable, and courteous. If someone on the phone doesn’t have an answer they will get someone on the line to answer your question. They are upfront, transparent, and detailed with their estimates. They have a clear and concise breakdown of work completed or work needed. Their Technicians are very knowledgeable and are able to break down the work performed/needed. When the AC in my house went out in 95 degree+ Georgia heat. They were able to get a Tech to my home in a very reasonable time. The Tech Identified the issue and got parts quickly in a time when parts availability is uncertain. Once again I do not hesitate to recommend Spartan Heating & Air Conditioning for your HVAC needs. Their Professionalism, and Workmanship throughout their Company is a sign of great leadership and management. We remodeled our home and had several companies come out and quote us on a new system. It was going to require new duct work and moving the location of the system to a new spot. After talking to seveal companies, a friend recommended I call Spartan. They came out and LISTENED to what I wanted and made recommendations to save us money and improvements that would enhance the comfort of the home. They were not pushy and very polite. The Heat Pump system we purchased has a dual fuel emergency heat and a variable speed SEER 18. The system and duct work has made our home very pleasant both in the winter and summer, and my energy bill has gone down substantially. All our guests have noticed the comfort and have commented on how quiet the system is. From the front office, sales rep, installers and techs, they all ensured we had a very pleasant and professional experience! We highly recommend Spartan

Spartan maintains my HVAC unit bi-annually and I never have to worry about a thing. There was an ant infestation in my unit and they destroyed my condenser switch. Spartan answered my call on the first ring.(Awesome because it was a Saturday!) They were out within the hour and had us up a running. Thank you Spartan!!

I contracted with Spartan Heating and Air to maintain multiple buildings with multiple A/C units. I have had an outstanding nine year success story with Spartan. They have immediately responded to our needs, night or day (we run two shifts), they have been competitive on all of my large unit replacements. They have saved our company in A/C and heating costs by keeping our units maintained and cleaned. This has allowed us to focus on the manufacture our products and leave the A/C and heating to Spartan. This is a very good company with excellent people

I have used Spartin every year since they opened their business . We have always been totally satisfied with the service and the professional way their employees conduct themselves. They have always been prompt. I have used this buisness for my home as well as rental property . I feel I always get treated fairly and receive a thorough explanation of service needed. You never get surprised just good honest quality work an very competitive pricing. I recommend this company to all my family an friends.

Impressive knowledge of my residential heating and cooling system (which wasn’t one they sold, but they can service most anything). Gave me some recommended repairs, and the system is running beautifully. It’s also nice knowing they have 24/7 service, so if something goes awry at 1 in the morning, I can make a phone call immediately
