We are a minor emergency and occupational medicine clinic comprised of board certified physicians and mid-level providers (physician’s assistants and nurse practitioners) who are trained in the immediate care of non-life threatening medical emergencies. We strive to bring fast and friendly care to all patients for a healthier community.

Our staff is committed to providing excellent and friendly care in an efficient manner without requiring appointments or long wait times. Our providers have several years of experience working in the Urgent Care setting and have the ability to manage minor acute injuries and illnesses.

We are a full-service occupational medicine site capable of providing pre-employment physicals, x-rays, DOT drug collection, vaccinations, and many other work-related medical services. In addition, our staff is trained to perform onsite EKG, breath analysis, pulmonary (lung) function testing, hearing testing, and vision testing. We are also an E-screen provider.

Went in within the first hour of opening on a Friday. I was lucky it was a slower morning, my wait was about 15-20mins. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The doctor was caring, thorough and gave informative solutions for my situation (unfortunately I forgot his name). I would definitely recommend this location.

My first time here and I found the place to be clean and staff extremely friendly. The receptionist and kiosk staff were smiles and pleasant. Doctor was personable too. The wait time was 1.5 hours but they have a system where they page you and give you 10 minutes to come back.

I’m not sure why there are such poor reviews but I’m guessing that our Healthcare is on the brink of collapse and people aren’t too happy about not getting top notch service.

I went to the clinic last week. The process was very efficient, the staff was very professional and caring. They took the time to examine and analyse my case and gave me a prescription. They called me 2 days later to check how i was doing and in case i had any additional questions

My first time experience here was super smooth!

The cleanliness and professionalism of this place is perfect !!

All the staff from the receptionist to all the nurses were friendly and professional.

Especially my nurse practitioner, Diana. (Oh, and her colleague that came in to help too!!)

Diana took her time, and took the absolute best care of me! She made sure I was in no pain. (They had to remove my crack toe nail) kept my mind off the pain/procedure. She is a true gem, someone that loves to help people!! And makes sure that they are comfortable!!

Will for sure come back to this location (even though I will be stubborn to seek any medical help lol) this is the place to go.

This urgent care Center knows how to understand and take care of their patients.

Went here because its the closest urgent care for me and Im barely breathing also wheezing so bad. I usually see my family doctor but she’s on leave, I’m glad that I went to the right place since my asthma is flaring so bad. Nurses assured me that I will go home almost without the wheezing sound and breathing better. Thank you!

Kind staff, doctor was really nice with my very sick and sad little girl. Facility is nice. They were flexible with my return time being a little long because we were coming from a fair distance away.

Yes, the wait times are pretty brutal but that’s not the fault of the facility – just an issue of lack of general healthcare provisioning.

I wish I could give 10 stars. I went there this morning and the staff was wonderful, sweet, and caring. This was my first time here and my wait was only about 2 minutes after filling out paperwork. The lady at the desk was very nice. The waiting room was nice and clean as well as the room I was in in the back. The asst. I can not remember his name but he was so nice and polite. Dr. Manlove-Simmons was so sweet and understanding when it came to my weirdness (I can’t swallow pills and have to have liquid). I would HIGHLY recommend going here.

Doc has great bedside manner ! Front office staff was warm, pleasant and efficient! Nursing staff was friendly & attentive and had seen my prior encounter before coming in to talk with me because when I was telling her that I had just had some output diagnostic tests done, she said she saw them on the system; made me feel like she had done her homework before she came in!! High scores from me!!

From the front friendly lady at the front desk/waitingroom to the persons (two men) that waited on us (PA erc.) they were AWESOME! I felt that they cared because they showed it. The nurse has a great personality and makes you feel right at home. I wish this was a doctor’s office. The PA blew me away! I’ve never had a doctor go out of his way to help me like this ever before. If he were already an MD. I would want him to be my primary. Thanks to that great staff.

We first experienced the great medical care here over a year ago. My son had been stung and was having an allergic reaction for the first time ever. We ran him to this location, where he saw Sabrena Delk, having probably saved his life!!! That was our first encounter with Ms. Sabrena Delk. She educated me as a parent. Instructed me on how to use the Epi Pen, so that I could remain calm if we were to find ourselves in the same situation.
A year later, we found ourselves back in the care of “Doc” Delk and her amazing, knowledgeable and efficient staff. From the front desk (Ms. Sandra), to the vitals check nurse (Sarah)to the end of the whole visit…yet AGAIN, our expectations were exceeded. I can not say enough good about these specific people. Twice now, these folks have literally saved my child’s life, educated me and the family, and called the next day to check on him. Hats off to you, ladies! This mama is eternally grateful. You all deserve a raise!!

Was there a wait? Yes. Is everybody in the area sick? Absolutely. I just came from this office and I can tell you that all of the team members, from the receptionist, the nurse, to the doctor were wonderful. They were caring and despite being very busy were upbeat and kind. The doctor seriously addressed my concerns and made me feel heard…like he truly listened. Their xray machine was down bit they arranged for me to go to the Loganville office for this service. The process at the Loganville office was fairly seamless with minimal wait time. The MA that took my films was particularly wonderful at the Loganville office.
