Wow, it’s been a little over 24 hours since my mom and I visited Ruth’s Chris for my birthday and I simply can’t stop thinking about the amazing experience we had! From start to finish, our server Danyell ensured we received a 5-star VIP dining experience. She was courteous, attentive our table, customer friendly and professional. She truly made sure we received the best of what Ruth’s Chris had to offer and definitely upheld the legendary establishment’s superior reputation. The food was incredibly delicious and we savored every morsel. My steak was cooked to perfection and came out in a timely manner as well. Danyell, my mom and I thank you for a timeless and priceless birthday memory. We will definitely be returning!

Absolutely love going to dinner here! Service is just right… good timing but no rushing. Steaks are just delicious… and enough to bring home for another meal. Bleu cheese dressing is tops. Highly recommend for a nice evening out or for lunch!

Great Tasting Steaks, Chicken, and both Fresh / Salt Water Entree’s & large portions of Healthy Vegetables, along with freshly prepared salads. Also Sweet Tasting Desserts. Our very courteous server, John David, very promptly handled all of the many special requests our large birthday party made, and was very informative with menu item suggestions. We will be back for a Father’s Day celebration …

I have been on the road every other week since November (yes it’s April) and I have gone to a lot of places with varying levels of service. Being on the road all the time, I feel as though I’ve gotten snobby about service but constantly let down… FINALLY!!! I was treated with respect and smiles! The minute I walked up to the hostess, I knew I was in good hands. Alyson was super friendly and I almost didn’t want to leave the hostess stand (eye contact has been lacking these past few months!). Janine was my first server and she smiled and clarified what I wanted and made me super comfortable. Hunter then took my order and though I was embarrassed for the amount of food sitting on my table, he made a joke and made me feel at home. If I looked up, one of the two was by my side asking if I needed anything. Otherwise, I was able to spend an uninterrupted 2 hours enjoying my book & wine without feeling like I was taking up space and bothering anyone. It’s been awhile since this sense of euphoria has been in my life and I was almost in tears as I left. I am crazy impressed by the service I received from Hunter and Janine and Alyson. I wish I was in Atlanta every week to hang out in the Ruth’s Chris bar area.

Loved the food and superior customer service. Our server, Adam took the time to explain the extras on the lunch menu. He was very attentive and personable. I ordered the petite filet mignon well done. People at the table moaned. He said, it is your steak and get it cooked the way you like it. My filet literally melted in my mouth and the scrumptious buttery spinach slid down my throat. Three of my employees received promotions and I wanted them to know just how much I appreciated them; this meal said that and more.

Let’s just say my dining experience the previous weekend at the Buckhead location was significantly sub-par. An email survey was sent to me following my visit and I was brutally honest, as I always am. The GM, Rob Jackson, emailed me directly AND subsequently followed up with a phone call, inviting me to return. I, along with family that was visiting from out of town, agreed to dine that evening. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The server, Frank, has clearly spent years in service and is an absolute master. The food, service and ambiance were perfect. The GM even followed up the next day to make sure everything went well. This is how you right a wrong and provide 5 star service to match the 5 star price point. I had crossed off Ruth’s Chris after the last visit, but my commitment to this chain has been renewed. I will be dining again next week!

Absolutely the best steakhouse in Atlanta. I cannot think of a better date night or proposal spot. My fiancée Olivia and I met here for our first date and I took her back here for the proposal. The manager did an amazing job finding us a private area, hired us a beautiful string quartet, and really put effort in creating a special cake. Five stars.

I miss my time there and look forward to being able to visit again soon. The crab cakes were on my top five list ever! Their crab cakes are lump meat with very little filler, always consistent, and delectable. The bartenders Scotty and Paul were always amazing and personable. The time chatting with staff was as enjoyable as the cuisines and beverages served. Thank you!

We had a really nice evening! The steakhouse salad was a great start. The sweet potato fritters were a nice side paired with the filet which was awesome! The chocolate expresso cake was so rich and the salted caramel cheesecake was also very good! Shevy was our waitress and she made it a pleasant evening for us. The ambiance was nice and subdued, fancy but not stuffy, and just energetic enough not to make you feel self conscious.

It was very nice,my husband and I were celebrating our 5th year anniversary and they helped to make it special.The bartender Taylor is awesome and very friendly and if you eat in the dining area,Frank is an awesome waiter.The atmosphere is wonderful and the general manager or the guys that make sure everyone is ok,was on point making us laugh and welcoming us.While eating we meet 50 cent,and Adrien Broner it was amazing.The stuffed chicken breast,cowboy steak,stuffed mushrooms and the chopped salad was amazing and we will be back.

Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse is delicious. The customer service is wonderful. They are extremely attentive and very knowledgeable. I asked about 47 questions and the staff patiently responded lol. I order the crab mac and cheese because of all the hype surrounding it. It did live up to the hype. I order 2 appetizers that were approximately $21 each. I also ordered the twin which is a filet mignon and two lobster tails. My partner had a T bone steak. The at bone steak was season perfectly very succulent. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection. The lobsters were also delicious. I ordered two alcoholic beverages. My total was $200, suggested tip was $50 so all together it was $250 for a party of two. I’m sure it could be much cheaper if you subtract the appetizers and alcoholic beverages. The Twin meal was $49. Definitely a perfect dinner selection for a special occasion.

I went to Ruth Chris in Buckhead for the 1st time on my birthday. Not only was the food AMAZING, the service was even better!! My waiter Dan was OUTSTANDING!! He helped me navigate throughout the menu, you might as well say he chose for me. I will be going back and he will be my go to guy when I do. Thanks Dan!!

My favorite restaurant in Atlanta. I have been here multiple times and the food is always great! For appetizers the best thing as the barbecue shrimp. For the entree I’ve tried the filet mignon which is great and sizzling hot. I have also had their stuffed chicken breast and it’s delicious (enough for 2). The salmon is the BEST. Never been disappointed.
