Jacob made first contact and was very courteous and professional. He listened to me and explained how Reliable could resolve my issues with a new replacement HVAC unit and two new inside vents. We scheduled the installation for Monday at 9:00 AM. On installation day I received a call from the installer (Victor) that he would be on site at about 8:45 AM. Victor arrived on time, surveyed the installation area, and began work. Victor is very courteous, professional and didn’t mind me asking questions. He worked diligently to complete the removal of the old system and installation of the new system, all while cleaning up after himself. I am absolutely satisfied with the job provided by both professionals. If you need an HVAC repair or replacement, I highly recommend Reliable Heating and Air. And for the best installer, ask for Victor!!

I explained previously. Tech. person found after talking with the Mfg. Rep. what was wrong and instructed us on how to use the 20 year old shower. Other Plumbing Co. was convinced that we needed new cartridges but couldn’t find them on line, if they had
we would have paid 320 dollars just for the material. where as we paid Reliable 185 dollars and got a fix. Great

Mr Nabil was extremely professional and thorough. I would like to utilize his services again. In September 2022 Nabil came back for the second time as we specifically asked for him. He is very good and added us to the CPP plan with the warranty. By April 15th 2023 Nabil came back to do the maintenance on our home system. We specifically asked for Nabil because he is extremely reliable, knowledgeable and professional. We thank him for his service.

Shaw was professional and courteous. He gave a 30 minute notice for ETA and was promptly at my home. He quickly analyzed the issue with my washer and repaired a leak. He came back the next and install new washer water in/out faucets. He offered choices to correct the problem. He quickly resolved my problem which had been so overwhelming. Reliable is excellent as represented by Shaw, Technician. I recommend Reliable for everything. I will be using them for more renovations!

From the first technician who came out to check our unit to the salesman and the technicians who installed our new system, we couldn’t have been more pleased with the service, professionalism and price. The first technician carefully explained the problem and the options we had to fix or replace our unit. Our sales person Jason was awesome. He explained the units and thermostats so we would get what we wanted and needed for our home. He came in late Friday afternoon and stayed until all our questions were answered. The technicians were here bright and early Saturday morning and worked to get our new unit in place and working. All and all we are very pleased with Reliable Heating and Air!

Our air conditioner on the main level of our home stopped working a few weeks ago. A technician repaired it but the system started leaking hours after the repair. The technician came out the next day and made adjustments but again, the system started leaking hours later. On the third visit, the technician dismantled the condensate pump, checked other areas of the system and thought he had made the proper adjustment to stop the leak, but hours later, the water started pouring out. With this, and me trying to control the water to protect the wood floors, drove my frustration to maximum capacity. However the office recognized my frustration and sent out the “Big Gun,” Wayne Daniels to the rescue and he delivered. Wayne was diligent, thorough, patient, kind and determined to discover the cause and stop the leakage. I was impressed when Wayne went outside and took the time to hose down the outside air conditioner units to get accurate readings, which he had to adjust, because they were not set properly. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised when he returned the hose to its proper location in a neatly fashion as if it was his own house. After staying at my house for over two (2) hours thoroughly checking the system, the hoses, etc., Wayne finally discovered that the leak was coming from the condensate pump because it was not sealed correctly. As of today, July, 12, 2022, kudos to Wayne, our complete house is cool and the system, in question, is working beautifully. Wayne, a job well done! We’re so grateful and thankful for all your hard work and determination allowing us to be cool, comfortable and very happy!

What a Fantastic experience! I reached out to Reliable at approximately 2pm. requesting a quote for a complete A/C system replacement. Within minutes, I received confirmation of a same day quote between 6-8pm. I received a phone call from Matt White (Home Comfort Advisor) asking me if I would be available at 5:30, he had finished up early at a previous appointment. Matt was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He verified all parts were in stock and confirmed and installation for the next morning between 9-10:30AM. The following morning, I received a phone call from Ridge (installer); explaining he had picked up all of the parts and was in route to my home. Ridge and his co-worker arrived on time. They also were both very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They completed the installation, explained how the system worked and clean up everything. What a great group of folks. For me, most importantly both Matt and Ridge talked with me as if we had known each other for a while. These guys are very customer focused and friendly. I would recommend Reliable Heating and Air to all. Thanks Again for a Great Experience!

This information is really humbly 100% honest! Please let me convey that Reliable Heating & Air has professionally the most intelligent, well informed, experienced, and kind employees I have ever networked with given having my@ new tankless hot water heater installed. Wonderful Chad is his name and he approached my home with an electrician and his work was simply the best I have ever seen! I was advised given monthly savings to be expected due to conservation techniques which are involved when such type of purchases are given. All plumbling work via pipes, the style, as well as his approach given inspection yielded a masterful result “A”. Even my neighbors were impressed! We are now seeking to put in a new air condition unit and I would not have any other type company to perform this work except I.E.@ Reliable Heating & Air. Bravo Chad! I just hope maybe we might have a AC installed with the same elite approach this month! Thank you very much! I have been involved with renovations at my house honoring (6) (Est)months of extremely hard work with a new roof, new floors, new walls, new ceilings, new water heater and all these things are important and extremely necessary. The AC went out at our home at the wrong time, and we could not deal with the cooling air only working at night time. Called reliable and they came out the next day and installed our new systems for both the AC unit and heat pump two days later. They could have done it next day but it did not fit into what we had planned that day. The thermostat is also a nice update to our little fixer upper because it is nice being able to cool the house from your phone. The best part about their company is the payment plan which is nice because if you can’t pay for it all at once it’s definitely nice to be able to get service on a budget.

Technician arrived on time. He was knowledgeable, personable and communicated well. He immediately figured out that an igniter had gone bad. He had the replacement part on his truck. Excellent and efficient service ON NEW YEAR’S EVE!

Oh my gosh, I can’t say enough about Reliable Heating & Air. First and foremost, I saved nearly $10,000 going with Reliable Heating and Air. Another competitor quoted $14,500. That same system cost me $5,500 with Reliable. Their competitor was nickel-and-diming me for every little thing they did. Everything was included with Reliable. The competitor told me things that weren’t true. And Reliable refused to sell me things that I didn’t need. They would just say that’s not going to work where the other company said sure we can do that. I was amazed at how honest Reliable was. They did the job, cleaned up after themselves, were personable, and left me feeling good about my purchase. I highly recommend Reliable Heating & Air.
