5 star service!! I cannot say enough great things about our instilation service that we just had. Scott, the salesman we dealt with was personable, honest and genuine. Terrance (instillation tech) and the crew that came out, were all very professional and friendly! (And the instillation was quick and easy!)

Barry performed the yearly system maintenance on my two systems. He did a thorough job checking the heating and cooling. He was friendly and courteous as well.

Corey and his team did a fantastic job from discussing the benefits for a whole home filtration system through Travis and Carlos’ tough installation in a unique location where our main water line comes in. Before and after water testing proved we made the right decision. If you are considering it, I would highly recommend calling Reliable.

Geoff called ahead as requested and showed up on time to diagnosis a leaking toilet water supply valve. He gave me two opinions to repair it and provide a recommendation on what he would do but ultimately left the decision up to me. I selected draining the water line and replacing the valve with a new one. He completed the repair in a timely manner for a fair price and was professional and great to work with. I will continue to use Reliable for any future plumbing needs. I would recommend Geoff and Reliable.

Tim was amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained every step of the process. He was thorough and detail oriented. We discussed the design and he executed perfectly. Today, he was assisted by David who was the perfect partner. Together they created lighting magic in our great room. I recommend Reliable and will request Tim and David again. Thank you.

I use Reliable Heat & Air for all of my home repair needs and services. In this case, we woke up to a leaking hot water heater and called Reliable right away. We were able to get a service representative out the next day, with a new hot water heater installed by end of day. Geoff McLaughlin was our lead plumber and he was honest, straightforward and very professional. He was able to get a new heater installed the same day, even though the installation involved re-working all of the pipes and adding a new pressure valve. At the end of the installation, the team left the area clean and clear of all debris before heading to one more call. I highly recommend Reliable and Geoff’s services.

This was our first time calling reliable for an emergency plumbing situation. Not only did they respond as fast as they good, they sent such an amazing plumber Keith to our home. It was such a blessing how knowledgeable he was. He made sure we were all taken care of. We will definitely refer Reliable to all our friends.

Reliable Heating and Air sent a pleasant professional who arrived on time and immediately diagnosed the problem. It took him about 15 minutes to fix it! I highly recommend Reliable!

I cannot begin to explain how amazing my experience was with Reliable. My salesman Hogan Godwin took the time to explain every detail of the process. Hogan discussed all of my options and described everything that was going to be done. The install team that installed my new AC and Furnace were beyond impressive. I want to express how professional and courteous Jesse, Krish, and JR from the install team were. If I could rate 10 stars I could. I will recommend Reliable to anyone looking to save money and upgrade their systems in the future.

My salesperson Rodney was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining what needed to be replaced and how things would happen.
My installation crew, Jacob and Justin, were exceptionally courteous and respectful of my home and my time. I was shown what work was completed and explained any relevant details on how to use the new unit. They worked hard the entire time they were on my property and cleaned up well after themselves.
The overall experience was above and beyond my expectations … which were rather high. Great job Reliable Heating & Air!!

I Had issues with controlling room temp. I was assigned technician Lonnie and let me tell you he was OUTSTANDING. Not only did he resolve my problem he also was great at providing education about how my system worked … things I never knew. So glad he came to the rescue. Lonnie is what customer service should look like: patient, thorough, efficient! Whatever it takes this guy needs a raise. Reliable should be SUPER proud of his service! Thanks LONNIE!

Our heat went out on a Saturday. We made the call to Reliable at 1:30, and they were out to our house (and had the job completed) before 4pm the same day. Did not charge an extra fee for the weekend service call. Went over what he was doing with my husband, keeping him in the loop the entire time. Ended up being an easy, cheap fix (thank goodness!). Honest, reliable work. We didn’t feel that they were trying to upsell us or rip us off at all. Their name is well-deserved!

First of all I just want to say that I was very pleased with the price of my new HVAC system. The previous company I was considering using was much more expensive. In addition, I also enjoyed talking to Anthony, the technician who came to my house to give me the quote for the system. He and I had a really good conversation and he was even able to give me advice about my new puppy, who is a handful!
I was also pleased with Matt, Jesus and David’s work. They arrived in the morning (I received an email first and then when they were 25 mins away they called me, which I appreciated because it gave me enough time to finish getting ready). They told me it would take between 5 and 7 hours to complete the job and surprisingly they were done in 5 hours. I love my new system and my two new nest thermostats. They showed me how to use everything and I even asked them to show me how to change the air filters since I now have a new system. Changing the filters is much easier with this new system as opposed to the previous system I had.
I must also mention that a few days before my HVAC system was put in, Reliable came and did some plumbing work at my house as well. Bill did that job and I was also pleased with his work.
I’m glad that Relible does Heating, Air, Plumbing and Electrical because when you own a home you will definitely need help with all of these. I will definitely give them a call in the future whenever I need help again.
