I wanted to pass great big kudos to Tony & Pruett. I called him Tuesday morning & by 4:00 his technician had my unit operational again. The technician was very professional. I even bugged Tony at home that evening about the cooling. He gave me advise & I listened. He even texted me the next day to see if all was well & if I needed anything!

We’ve used Pruett since 2002 and have had excellent service. Their technicians are courteous and knowledgeable and their prices are comparable to other service providers in the area. Yes, their units aren’t cheap, but they carry top of the line products. Can’t expect to buy a Carrier for the price of a Rheem. We will continue to use Pruett and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and good customer service.
