PHC is the number one reason that I have been able to lose and sustain a much lower weight than I have been in years. But not only that, they are the reason that blood sugar has been normal for almost two years.

When I started their program, I was walking daily. Now that I have lost substantial weight, I can run daily.

PHC Weight Loss & Wellness Center was able to get me motivated to eat healthy and lose weight. I had gained 60 lbs since retiring from the Air Force 4 years ago.

I followed their diet plan, wrote down what I ate, drank only water, weighed in each week and the next thing I knew I was dropping the weight quickly. PHC will guide you and all you have to do is follow!
