I cannot begin to truly express my gratitude for these guys! My daughter and her family were without electricity due to some major issues from previous people that lived in their house. Wade, Corey, and their crew made sure they were taken care of fast, the price was MORE than fair, and the house is safe now!

This was my 10th service call from this company over the past 15 years, and I could not be more pleased with their work. I must confess that Miles H. and Steve T. are the most skilled and customer oriented technicians I’ve encountered. Their work ethic is superb, and the care for providing excellent service is a great representation of Jordan Electric. They should be commended.

A space heater, plugged into a bathroom receptacle, burnt a circuit and failed to trip the breaker. It left me with no power in the back of the house. Monday, Alexander Electric came out and walked around for a half hour and said they’d have their supervisor get back with me. Tuesday and Wednesday came and no word. Thursday, I called Jordan Electric and they came out today, located the problem within an hour, and repaired the burnt wire. Thanks to Jordan Electric Company Inc. for not giving up like Alexander Electric did and thanks for repairing the problem.

Really fast. I called them Monday afternoon and asked if they had a opening for Tuesday. They didn’t but they put me on the call list just in case. They came to my house Tuesday morning, and had me running again before lunch. Really fast! Will use again (Hopefully not soon).
On the plus side, they were $50 cheaper then what i had calculated.
