The treatment you receive at Regional FirstCare is on an urgent care basis only. It is not intended to be a substitute for or an effort to provide complete medical care. Complete medical care also entails your responsibility to follow the instructions provided, including follow-up. Please follow up with your Primary Care Physician.

Regional FirstCare’s four urgent care clinic locations offer comprehensive walk-in services for a variety of non-emergency illnesses and injuries. The FirstCare facilities provide board-certified physicians when your physician’s office is closed or unable to provide an appointment.

Regional FirstCare can treat immediate needs, which includes treatment that requires prompt attention, but does not pose an immediate, serious health threat. Urgent care is not a substitute for emergency care. You should use the emergency department for serious or life-threatening problems.
